"We have eaten at Bistro 921 a lot! The great side is the wait staff doesn't change and they know their return customers. Prices have gone up but the quality of the food hasn't kept up. It is "medium." Not really good and not bad. Tough environment when you are surrounded by REALLY great restaurants with similar prices. It needs to compete with quality...."

"This was our 3rd Mother's Day returning to Bistro 921 with the family, and I look forward to the experience all year long! The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged, all in all a 5 Star experience every time! Plus we've NEVER felt rushed or pressured to finish our meal and leave, which has happened other places. We've been to MANY of the local Mother's Day brunch buffets around town over the years, and Bistro 921 at the Hilton is the ONLY place we've loved enough to return year after year! We'll be back again next year without a doubt! The long stemmed red rose for "Mom", is always a nice touch too! Thanks for making my Mother's Day special every year!!"

"We enjoyed our Easter brunch at Bistro 921 however they had a jazz trio playing during brunch and the music was so loud we could not hold a conversation at all while the music was playing. We were seated next to the trio and could not hear ourselves think. The only relief we got was when the trio took a break to eat brunch. Very disappointing."

"We took our colleague to Bistro 921 to celebrate her retirement. The food was excellent as always. The manager stopped by our table and I mentioned why we were there. After we were finished with our entrees the waiter came over with a beautiful (and delicious!) little chocolate mousse cake for our friend. It was a very classy touch."
