"I have been to Crazy about You for Romantic dinners, Girls nite out and this weekend had Mother's Day dinner with a group of 12 including 3 children. We were extremely pleased with the service. Reservations were made 2 weeks in advance and as soon as we arrived, our party was seated with no wait time, despite it being a busy day. The restaurant was not overcrowded. The service was great as usual and a booster chair was provided for one of the children and childrens menu. The staff was friendly and helpful as it was the first time for other guests in our party. The food was ready in a timely manner and we were not rushed at any point. The food was delicious, the appetizers were great, except they didn't have their famous Croquetas."

"I visit this restaurant frequently because I love its location, the decoration and how nice the people that work here are always. On this occasion,I was there for a business lunch and the other person wanted to sit outside,which turned out to be a little too warm because they have a plastic curtain when it's windy or rainy (it was a little windy) that keeps the heat in and because it's that time of year in Miami . At times it was difficult to talk due to the loud noise level and the close proximity of the tables. It took over 15 minutes for our server to take our order and over 25 minutes for the food to come.
But the view is lovely and the server and Cesar, the manager are super nice.And I love the Caesar salad!!A very recommendable place!"

"My reservation was for 10pm, i really sit at 10:50 , the explanation was that the people thake more than expected to leave .
I was driving one hour from home , to be on time i use all toll roads, and then i was waiting for close to one hour.

"A very memorable Miami moment. Miami is all about the waterfront and this restaurant featured Miami in the best possible light. The outside seating looking at the night skyline on a short-sleeved shirt May evening - priceless. I love Miami - have for 30 years as a mid-west refugee from those awful winters - and this experience validated my affinity for the magic city."

"Rarely does a place combine many of the things that you might look for for different occasions and moods. Crazy About You does just that. First and foremost the food is excellent. All entrees and appetizers I've had on the 3 occasions I've visited have been outstanding. Then there's the spectacular view of Biscayne Bay. Add to that the hip environment and seating choices that can have you right in the thick of the energy emitting core of the restaurant, or further away from the action although when the place gets going, it's hard to completely avoid it's pulse. Great lounge bar scene with beautiful people when ou first walk in. An overall top choice."

"When I first got there I was in awe, I loved the vibe and how they set up the place I was immediately relaxed. The service upon getting to our table was a little disappointing, it took them 20 minutes to sit us down with reservation. When we sat down we had a great outdoor night life view. As we sat there we waited for close to 10-15 minutes for a server to even address us or get us water. After getting our order the food camd out promptly right after. The price for everything was very reasonable, but the food itself was nothing amazing as I thought it would be. The menu just makes it seem fancy, the desert though was amazing. We loved message on a bottle, cutest desert to design for a romantic couple. Overall good, Thank you."

"This was great for a group of us to dine resanably in Miami with a beautiful view. The food was excellent. The service started out good however, when the server had more than one table she lost track of filling water glasses and offering to refresh drinks. And obtaining the bill and paying it was lengthy and troublesome due to her lack of being able to handle more than one table. Other than that it was a wonderful experience."

"Had to wait an extra 30 Minutes even when we had a reservation a day early. Overall, will come back again to try some other items. Prices you can't even complain about. Food was great! Worth sitting outside and don't worry if its too windy and you get cold they provide nice warm red fleece blankets for each guests!!"

"Our reservation was for 10:30pm and we were not seated until 12:00am. After several escuses they finally told us our table was available yet there were two open. why were we not seated before?
The website promised a scenic view from the outside area, and failed to mention the constant smoke from smokers all around the tables while we ate our dinner. Far from a piece of fresh air next to the ocean."

"The server came to our table ONE time the entire night. He took our order and then never came back. We had to ask another server to get us the bill. The food was decent- don't get the salmon tagliatelle, it's definitely not worth the price tag for some salmon and sliced veggies. The outdoor seating by the water was nice, but there were quite a few people smoking which always ruins the atmosphere."

"Reservation process, in terms of honoring requested time, was not efficient. The bar was poorly stocked for items on the specialty drink menu. Service was generally slow and not particularly attentive. Food was ok but not nearly as good as Delores but You Can Call me Lolita. The best thing is the bay view. It took 3 requests and 30 minutes to receive the bill."

"This is the sixth time we have eaten at Crazy About You. We travel from Gainesville to visit our our daughter who works in Miami. This place is within walking distance of the Conrad, as well as her place in Brickell. The outside seating gives us a great view because it is on e water. Our waiter, Keith, was very knowledgeable with the wine menu. Now, on Mondays, it is half off all wine bottles. We were able to select a $36 bottle of wine for just $18. Their house wine is a great deal also because it goes for $14 a bottle. The appetizers were delicious. For dinner we had the chicken, the pork , and the salmon dishes. We were too full to eat dessert, but maybe we will have room on our next visit!"

"Worst experience EVER!!! Host looked like I offended her by telling her I had a reservation. I called and was promised and outdoor table but of course they didn't see that note. The best part was we had no server. When I say no server I mean NONE the manager took out order and that was it. At the end of the night they said we didn't have to tip and ended it there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!"

"The ambiance was excellent and it's a great place to have a romantic dinner for 2! The food was delicious and the prices are exceptional! The entree comes with an appetizer, which normally elsewhere it comes seperate causing you to spend more. We sat outside and it was a bit chilly but they fixed that right away by offering warm and cozy blankets! The service was great, our waiter was very attentive! "good food at reasonable price for Miami with absolutely spectacular view of Biscayne Bay and the skyline.Tucked away in a residential building on Brickell Bay Drive. Very courteous service. Dine on the terrace directly on the bay. Bring a sweater as it can be breezy and cool at night."

"I've never had such a worse experience in a restaurant in my life ever! Making reservations weeks in advance and showing up about half an hour before the actual reservation time did not matter. It was about 30-40 min held back for a table. My fiance was able to find two chairs in the waiting area as we waited for a phone call from the restaurant to let us know the table was ready. After waiting about 35 minutes and not being called for our table we decided to leave. Even after leaving I NEVER received a call for my table. So technically I'm still waiting for a table, but if they call; they can keep it."

"Great service!! I proposed to my fiance here. I called the restaurant a couple days in advance to have them set my table with champagne before we were seated. When I arrived the hostess had all the notes so no surprises were spoiled. The waiter was kind enough to have the kitchen prepare a beautiful desert with the words "would you marry me?" Overall great experience. I wish there were more selection of entrees in the menu though.."

"Everything was great! Only thing we weren't too happy about but still didn't bother us all that much was that we had to wait an hour extra of what our reservation was, if it weren't for us going up to the hostess after everyone else in the restaurant was seated, they probably would've forgotten us. I would just recommend to be better prepared for holidays and unpredicted weather (rain!). Thank you for the service!"
