We are excited to bring Jose Muldoon’s, which has been a staple of the Springs' downtown scene for over thirty years to the east side. The menu features authentic Tex-Mex style Mexican fare, the best margaritas and a variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads and vegetarian entrees. We serve our famous cuisine using only the freshest ingredients, all prepared daily.
José Muldoon's, named after the legendary bandito, has been modeled with a modern southwestern look, inviting fireplaces, an indoor/outdoor dining section including a bar, HD television visible from any spot in the bar area and semi-private banquet dining. "I really enjoyed my visit. I had a long day managing kids and ball games and just wanted to relax with friends. My table was ready, we were seated immediately, the food arrived quickly and tasted very good! This could easily become a new favorite! Prices were reasonable and atmophere was relaxing!"

"Went there for the 'Margarita Brunch' and had the Huevos Chilaquiles, which is a breakfast casserole full of eggs and sausage and topped off with sour cream and black olives. VERY yummy! Served with a side of roasted potatoes. They were dry and could have used some kind of cheese or sauce on them."

"We got bored with the Super Bowl and decided to head up to Jose's for dinner. Very few customers so we sat in the bar and our bartender was our waiter. He was great! Very fun and energetic. Food was deelish as always!"
