"I guess we got there early on a Saturday around 11am. We were almost the only ones there. Weather was great so we sat outside. Delicious Tuscan waffle and caprese omelet. Although the omelet was dressed with a little too much olive oil. Fair prices."

"I rate the overall experience as a very good. The food and wine were very good as usual. The server wasn't as good as we've previously had, but they were very accomodating with our energetic toddler. The full portion of the beef and veg stew dish wasn't that much more than the half portion. Also, there was too much salt on the potatoes."

"We have been here about six times in the last 2 years. I think the quality of the food is going down hill. My tenderloin steak tasted like liver. The portions were very small compared to other visits here. We went on a Monday night after a long day at work and we were the youngest couple in the place and we are in our early 50s. After this visit, we decided it would be a while before we would return."

"My husband and I took one of his coworkers there. It was a pretty little spot, with delicious food! I ordered the potato crusted salmon, my husband got something that was I think called the Mediterranean sample with all vegetarian options, and our guest got I think the Chilean sea bass. Our guest was all compliments; he loved his food, and wanted to make sure the chef was congratulated. My husband also loved his food, and mine was fabulous! At first, when the waiter brought my plate, I thought maybe there was too much sauce on my fish, but after one taste, I could see why they had sauced it so generously. The sauce was fantastic! We also ordered dessert, a fruit tart and a crepe brulee. So good!"

"As mentioned in other diner's reviews, the neighboring construction is definitely an eye sore and the chairs are very uncomfortable for dinner dining, but for a quick and excellent breakfast or lunch this place is great! The lentil soup is very (Greek) authentic, but it is served with cream which should be served on the side or at least noted on menu for lactose intolerant or health conscious diners. The Greek salad is perfect and the avocado sandwich on Ciabatta is excellent.
Looking forward to brunch and future lunch visits!"

"This is my favorite restaurant. The staff is friendly, kind, and competent. I love going, and I try to find as many reasons to dine there as I can. The beautiful view has been destroyed by the company that bought the property next to them, drained the pond, moved the ducks and dug the whole thing up. Boo!"

"Great food but poor service put a damper on overall brunch review. Everyone around us received their breakfast orders quickly while we waited almost an hour to receive our brunch items. Moral of the story: stick with breakfast items on Sundays until it is well after noon and the kitchen realizes there are other things to cook besides eggs and omelets."

"Each dish we ordered had a sauce that was just right for the food it was with-- what I mean is, the sauce was wonderful on its own, but the flavor of the food it accompanied was also present and enhanced by the sauce. The complimentary birthday dessert of creme brûlée in a crepe with almonds on top was Devine.
The was a little mixup with the salad dressing I ordered, but it was sorted out post haste, and the dressing I ended up with was perfect.
I had heard from friends that this place is always packed and the service is therefore strained. It was not packed and the service was attentive and relaxed.

"Exceeded expectations! Excellent lamb chops. Paired them with the Lusiolo Super Toscana Rosso IGT which made for a meal worth writing home about. At north of $30 the full order struck me as a little pricy at first glance, but getting five good-sized and nicely grilled lamb chops was good value for money in my opinion."

"Cafe Benedict is my new favorite restaurant. They bend over backwards to make sure your dining experience is perfect. I celebrated my birthday with my family in their semi-private dining room. The many times I have visited, the service and food are excellent. The location is easy to get to and no parking hassles. A true gem!"

"My son and I have a completely delightful evening at Cafe Benedicte. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted, given our choice of tables, and surrounded by superior, friendly, knowledgable service. "Been going to CafeBenedicte sinceit opened. The currrent chef is magnificent. The service staff always makes you feel like royalty. We really like the fact that they seem to keeep the same staff instead of the constant turnover at other places. This way you feel like you are going to visit friends when you dine there."
