"The French soup was again the very best. The salmon with the lemon sauce was terrific. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Although I have dined there quite often, the atmosphere and food always pleasing me,"

"I had been at Chez Collette for dinner two nights before the lunch. The dinner was absolutely wonderful! The lunch was the worst I have ever had at Hotel Softel. Could it have been that we were having lunch at 12:45? I am not sure that I would go back for a business lunch. Very disappointing."
