"I have always loved this place, and haven't eaten here for awhile. I ordered the salmon, which was always one of my favorites at this restaurant. I must admit, I was a little disappointed. It was much too salty for my taste. The bread, as usual, was outstanding. I can't control myself when it comes to the french bread here. Our waitress was so accomodating and so nice. She was an excellent waitress. We loved her. For dessert we ordered fresh fruit with chocolate sauce. It was wonderful. I will return, however, I will make sure to say, "light on the salt, please"."

"I always have an enjoyable dining experience at Chez Collette. As always, the french soup is the best. I have been order the Taste of Paris and like getting the variety of food. The wait staff is always very attentive and is able to answer all questions."

"Good spot for a business lunch. Moderately priced lunch offerings.

A french bistro restaurant should spell the word for bread correctly - pain, not pan.

Mapquest shows the restaurant in the wrong location."

"Great food except the salmon was good but not great. Smelled fishy when it came out but tasted good - probably because of all the extra "stuff" that was covering it. The sweet soggy bread that came on top was not appealing."
