SC Prime Steakhouse - Suncoast Hotel & Casino
Located a short elevator ride away on the Second Floor of the Suncoast Casino, this exclusive room's classic steakhouse ambiance and spectacular view of the Las Vegas Valley enhance an already pleasurable experience. In addition to USDA Prime Aged Beef "SC Prime" offers seafood, lamb, pork and poultry, all prepared to perfection and whether you're a wine connoisseur or not, you will enjoy the extensive wine list. SC Prime also hosts the best "Happy Hour" in Las Vegas, from 4:30pm to 7:00pm in the lounge, featuring fantastic drinks and food specials. Our Private Dining Room is available for parties of 6 to 14, when the celebration requires a little more intimacy. We don't have many requirements of you at SC Prime, just that you like to enjoy the finer things in life, any occasion is the right occasion.

"This was the first time that we have ever dined at this restaurant and we were very pleased to say the least. I have only one negative comment on our experience and that is the background noise level from the restaurant bar was extremely annoying. The large screen televisions behind the bar added to the overall noise level. The bar patrons were of course animated in their exuberance when goals were scored. I worked in casinos and casino mangagement for more than twenty years and was surprised that this problem could not have been addressed when considering the quality of the restaurant and consideration for its customers."

"I was extremely disappointed in the food, especially for the price! If this was supposed to be a gourmet experience it really fell short and the service left a lot to be desired as well. I can tell you I will not be going back to the full dining experience, however the bar is very good and the happy hour food is great!"

"Food was outstanding. Had prime rib with lobster tail, both prepared as ordered and very good. We are from out-of-state and were visiting friends who live in Las Vegas. Spent more than an hour-and-a-half dining and talking with no hint from the restaurant that we should 'move along.' It was a very pleasant evening, friends and fine food. Will definitely return the next time we are in Vegas."

"We eat there occasionally andhave always had an enjoyable meal. Thistime was frankly disappointing. My wife's prime rib was too rare. When she sent it back,they just threw it on the grill and it came back fully medium and an unappealing color. Our waitress was busy and did not come back to check for some time and my wife eventually just pushed it away. Service was inattentive for once and the experience was not what we have come toexpect. I had to chase down the hostess just to pay our bill. We will not be back any time soon. This is not an inexpensive restaurant and I expected better."

The service was exceptionally slow,the restaurant was'nt busy. We decided not to have a drink and asked for water only. Which we waited for and never again were we given a refill. We went for a Valentines dinner and could not have been more disapointed.
I am an Emerald member and frequent most of the restaurants in the Suncoast.I can honestly say your service staff in each location is marginal at best.
For the SC to be your flagship restaurant, you've got alot of work to do to make it a gourmet dining experience."

"Our waiter wasn't as on the ball or attentative as he could have been. After our meal was served, he didn't return to ask if we needed anything else. We flagged him down to ask for steak sauce which he forgot to bring us; and I had to flag him a second time for it. I ended up asking a different waiter to bring us additional bread. Our waiter assumed we didn't want dessert, and brought us our bill without asking. Because it was my boyfriend's birthday,I wanted him to celebrate with a piece of cake for dessert. The waiter seemed embarrassed when I jokingly (teaching moment) asked if he knew us well enough to know we did not want dessert. The generous tip I left was definitely for the chefs, not for our waiter!"

"The food was pretty good with rather large servings for a steak house. Our server was so busy that he didn't give us the attention that you would expect in such a nice restaurant. The manager actually had to bring us our bill and it was the wrong bill. The other problem was they had happy hour and the noise ruined our intimate dining experience."
