"Food was quite tasty and aesthetically presented. Service was good, though not exceptional. Portions are on the petite side, though sufficient imo. Reservation through opentable was limiting in terms of true availability, as arriving early they easily sat us with no wait. I liked the historic look of the dining area and open view to the kitchen, and there was sufficient sound boarding to keep noise levels tolerable."

"The food was very good. I was impressed they were able to get us in on such short notice as it was graduation day for CU. the restaurant was very nice and the staff very professional. My only complaint would be the noise level. Which I am sure is due to the high ceilings."

"Went for celebration dinner for my daughter's graduation. Food was very very good -- we shared the arancini and a pepper crusted tuna salad for starters and then each had an entree. I went with the swordfish special which was wonderful. The server didn't try to rush us (we were quite slow to order) and we had just a great time. Would definitely go back."

"Celebrated birthday during Restaurant Week. I have often enjoyed Qs for special occasions, but service this time was unsatisfactory. Despite having reservation, we waited far too long for water and incredibly long to receive our cocktails - though seated 4 feet from the bar. Waitperson made us order all four courses in advance, stating that each course would follow quickly on the other. But like drinks, each course was served after a lengthy wait with nothing before us. Service picked up a bit for dessert.
Qs serves quality food and is usually dependable, so I'm chalking it up to unknown cause and will give it another whirl in the future."

"It was a great choice for the three of us for a 5280 experience. We enjoyed the hotel ambiance as well as our dining experience. We all had short ribs as our main course. Two of our short ribs were very fatty, the other perfect. Luck of the draw! Other than that, our food was delicious. The sauce and pieces of Brussels sprouts were great with the mashed potatoes. My sister enjoyed the beet salad and my friend raved about the asparagus. All in all a wonderful experience."

"We were a table of 4ordering from the 5280 menu. Everyone at our table thought the food was very good. The service lacked attention. We sat with empty water glasses several times. I asked for a refill of iced tea and it arrived almost with the bill. I had also asked to have the chicken with spatzle and was told I could have that. However, the plate was served with the roasted veggies. We had thought that Q's would be a notch better than what we experienced."

-Neither the hostess nor the server offered to hang our coats
-The gnocchi were beautiful but bland
-S&P to improve the gnocchi took 7 minutes to arrive
-Our soup & salad was delicious. About 90 seconds after it arrived, we were presented with entrees. They weren't ours, but they roamed the dining room a couple times, table to table, looking for owners until they went back into the kitchen. Clear communication issues. We saw it a couple times
-We ordered wine before our entrees arrived, but were a third through our (tasty) meal before it arrived
-We passed on dessert and will pass on Q's in the future"

"We went to Q's for the 5280 menu. None of us knew Q's and we were warned by a neighbor that it was only ok. We all (18 of us) very pleasantly surprised. The menu was excellent with a lot of choices and all were very tasty--well prepared and presented. The flights of wine offered to go with the meals were a nice touch and the wines were excellent, though my husband and I thought a bit skimpy on the amount. Everyone thought it was a real find and I think some folks will be going back to Q's."

"A great experience. We wend there for the 5280 special dinner and was not disappointed. The place can get crowded, but the noise level never seems to rise where you can't hear. Always enough servers as well.

"We went for 5280 night, and the food was awesome. We also included the wine flight for two and we were not disappointed. I ordered the crab crepe, short ribs and mango upside down cake. Everything tasted delghtful (although the ribs were slightly tough). We make sure to go to Q's everytime there is a 5280 night, just so we can have a little taste of their fantastic menu."

"This was our first visit and we had a wonderful meal. The staff was very attentive and we were never rushed. The asparagus appetizer was wonderful and the mahi mahi with avacado and black bean cake was to die for. Unfortuneatly it is not on the regular menu, only 5280 menu. Please add this entre to your regular menu."

"The food was excellent. The service, not so much. We were there during restaurant week. We ordered the 3 course dinner with the wine flight. The 1st course was served without the wine. After waiting 5-10 minutes, we asked for our wine. The 2d course was served even tough we were not done with our 1st glass of wine. Again we had to ask for the 2d glass of wine. We also had to ask for bread. We felt not attented to and rushed even tough lots of tables were empty. The mediocre service really diminished our dining experience there even tough the food was great."

"This was our first time dining at Q's and it was during 5280 restaurant week. We both thought the food was very good and would go back again. The service was ok. The waitress was a bit forgetful and it took her awhile to take our order, get our drinks and come with the next course. Although take that last comment with a grain of salt, as we both didn't eat much that day in anticipation of our meal and were VERY hungry."

"Historic Boulderado Hotel and the original dining room houses the gourmet efforts of "Q's Restaurant". We've never had a bad meal at Q's even when they once held a special event with 11 yr olds cooking. With the deal from Restaurant Week, Q's is s no-brainer."

"We visited Q's during Denver $52.80 Restaurant Week.
Their Grilled Asparagus starter dish is a signature favorite and was outstanding. We also had the crab crepe with chorizo, which was a nice creative start.
