"My wife and I decided to visit St. Augustine last week because it had been 30 plus years since our last trip. With a reservation for dinner at Collage, we were greeted and immediately shown to a table (adjacent to the fireplace). Water was poured, great bread along with a whole bulb of baked garlic was placed and wine was ordered as we perused the menu. My wife is a vegetarian and there was nothing listed, but the chef had something special for her. I started with a spicy shrimp appetizer; my wife had a beet salad. I had a special scallop entree; my wife had a special pierogi entree with mushroom and cherry sauce. The food was excellent; our server was excellent. We highly recommend Collage, a great little restaurant."

"Went to Collage with my wife and two kids (ages 22 and 19), We were looking for fine dining in St. Augustine instead of the same ole fried fish, pub menus that many other restaurants offer. The Collage did not disappoint. We had "soup to nuts" and the food was great. It's a bit pricey, but have paid more for similar quality. Only disappointment was the escargot (mediocre). Wife loved the lobster (dinner) and the tenderloin brushetta (appetizer). Daughter feasted on the shrimp. My pork tenderloin was very good and my son had the fish of the day (don't remember what it was) and clam chowder. Would definitely go back."

"If you are ever fortunate to spend some time in St. Augustine, DO NOT MISS this restaurant! We discovered it several years ago on a whim. We had no other dinner plans and after having viewed their menu online, I called hoping to get a reservation for that evening. Luckily that was not a problem and we proceeded to have a truly wonderful dining experience. The restaurant is small - a front room that has 5 tables and a fireplace and a larger room that can hold tables for small and large groups. The colors make the place very warm and inviting. Staff is always attentive and friendly and the food--out of this world! Everything is prepared with loving care and fresh ingredients. It's now our favorite dining destination in St. Augustine."

"every course was brought out within minutes of each other. for a 745 reservation they sure seemed to want to turn our table but this was our 7th wedding anniv dinner and we had no desire to be so rushed. the food was great (except the ceviche).."

"Our first time to Collage, I had heard from friends how good it was. The servers were friendly and efficient, did not rush us at all. Food was beautifully plated, tasted good, and was hot. Small menu but a good variety. We were amazed how many people were turned away because of no reservations, its a small space so a reservation is a must. Overall a very nice restaurant here in St. Augustine. But be prepared to spend some money, it is quite pricey."

"This was our first time at this restaurant. It had been recommended by my doctor, and we were not disappointed. I had the lobster ravioli as an entrée, my wife had the filet with gorgonzola and foie gras. Both meals were very well prepared and interesting, however, the highlight of the meal to me was the strawberry champagne salad.
It's a small place, so the noise level is really a function of how considerate the patrons are. On the night we visited there was a large party at the next table with one gentleman who was very vocal and very loud, making it difficult for my wife and I to concentrate on our conversation. This obviously isn't the restaurant's fault, but it did cause me to not list it as a good choice for a romantic venue."

"My wife and I came here for a romantic anniversary dinner. Upon arrival we were greeted right away by the manager. We were asked if we wanted to be seated right away in the main dinning room or if we would mind waiting a few minutes for a more seculed corner table. I thought this was a special touch. The waiter was with us right away and offered us menus and offerred to explain the wine list. After sampling I decided on the dry house wine and my wife decided to combine a dry bubbly muscato and a much sweeter wine. Both of us throughly satisfied. Dinner was excellent. My wife had the warm goat cheese salad and black grouper, exquisite. I had the tomato salad and steak which was tender enough to cut with a fork."

"Excellent service! Had the scallop and shrimp dish! Very good but would have been better if dish had more than 2 scallops for the price! Waitress and other staff very attentative! Our hostess even called us early in order to seat us at 2000 rather than 2100! Very nice touch! Dessert was included as it was my daughters birthday, thank you! Made our dining experience enjoyable! Only negative there was a group of 8.people near us who were extremely loud!!!!"

"Quaint little restaurant with terrific food. It's smaller and great for a nice dinner with that special someone or 2 couples. I would not recommend this for parties over 6 or 8 people as room is tight. More for the romantic dinner. "An excellent could be Michelin 2 star restaurant. In the "old" part of St Aug, and a fun short walk from public parking to the East. We like to go early, as we like quiet dining. Not to suggest that later is noisy; I just don't take the risk. Service is always good early, and there is always time to enjoy several wines from a good list. Even a couple of Molly Dookers on the list?"

"This is the first dinner experience in a very long time that I can honestly say WOW! The food was fantastic as was the service. I had the grouper and my wife had the shrimp-scallop linguine. Both dishes were excellent and the grouper was to die for; cooked perfectly. Prices were reasonable---- not cheap but at least you felt like you got what you paid for--- a really excellent experience. Definitely recommend and will go back when in the area."

"Every course from appetizer through dessert was outstanding. The browned butter vanilla bean vinaigrette salad dressing was unique and complimented the rest of the salad. The lobster ravioli was just the right consistency with enough shrimp and lobster to have a good portion. The mousse dessert was light and we enjoyed the coconut sauce as well. Overall, one of the best meals I've had anywhere. I am definitely looking forward to coming back for more when I am in the area."

"This was our second visit to Collage---well worth the drive from the other coast!This time we both had filets with their signature sauce--exceptional!Collage is small and intimate so you definitely need to have reservations....we saw a good number of people turned away or offered a 9:30 seating. We'll be back!"

"We had a very enjoyable evening. Parking is a serious issue . The menu is pricey which wasn't a problem,however, if guests are paying a high price for dinner, liquor should be available. My guests were disappointed that they were unable to have a mixed drink. We did find that the noise level was high. The dinners were delicious."

"We love this place. The lobster ravioli is delicious and three of us had it and thoroughly enjoyed it. My son had the filet with blue cheese sauce and said it was great. We also enjoyed the goat cheese salad very much. Our desserts were choc. bread pudding, creme brulee, and a specially made tartufo. Nice choice from the wine list and everything was excellent. We will always return here when we're in town."

"Excellent! And to our surprise they offered a dessert to share for our Anniversary! We were able to choose one of their most beautiful desserts, the bougainvillea! The tenderloin bruschetta was amazing! The basil infused olive oil was such a treat!

"Food and service were impeccable. We had the black grouper that was superb. Only negative comments were the tomatoes on the warm goat cheese salad were not ripe and very woody. we could not eat them. Also, a large party was in the main room and they were extremely noisy and made the atmosphere more bar like. Overall, loved the place, would recommend it and plan to return."

"Absolutely amazing...we had wines and the onion soup. The bread and garlic was awesome. The tenderloin appetizer was delicious. I had the veal Orleans and my wife had the encrusted grouper...both fantastic. When the wife tasted my potatoes she mentioned to.the manager how good they were....a few minutes later she was brought a fresh side of the same potatoes. Highly recommended!!!"

"Heard that this was the top-rated restaurant in St. Augustine and now we know why. Very nice, but relaxing atmosphere right in the middle of the historic area of S.A. The wait-staff was friendly and proficient and the food was excellent. The warm goat cheese salad was very special...just delicious! Our friends had the lamb and said it was the best they had ever had! (And they have been around !) Hubby and my mains of scallops and fish was done to perfection and they even did a special cooking method for his fish, minus the menu coating! All in all, a very successful and delicious meal! Kudos!"
