"This was the second time my group has eaten dinner at TOCA and the second time we've been put at the same table adjacent to the kitchen area. I found it way too dark (especially with my young children)and the location was too distracting with waiters racing back and forth all night long, spoiling the chance to have a relaxing dinner, and the table seemed over crowded before I'd ordered anything.
I was also left holding my menus *after* I'd already ordered my food with a table already over crowded with glasses, dishes and cutlery."

"Went to their Brunch Buffet for my birthday. Really disappointed in the quantity, quality of food for the ridiculous price you pay! Came up to $200 for two people and could have used that elsewhere for much better quality. Price is inclusive of mimosas/coffee/drinks.
Food was often not replenished. For a resto that prides itself on its cheese cave, expected more/better selection of cheeses. Once they were done, I had to remind the staff twice to refill!
The desserts were the saving grace, so was the sushi/cold lobster tails. Our waitress was sweet. The Ritz hotel itself is wonderful but recommend spending your money elsewhere."

The room is not wecoming or elegant which, for a $90.00 per person brunch would be the minimum expected in a 5-star hotel.
