"My first time using Open Table for a reservation. I thought I was making reservations for Easter Brunch at the Eagle Ridge Restaurant. My family was seated and we all started to enjoy our morning...when I realized the restaurant wasn't very full.I asked a worker why...the Easter Brunch was in the ballroom. Unfortunately we didn't have a reservation for that special brunch. Disappointed for our family but the service and staff helped us make up for that. Very apologetic and gave us great service! Our server Kaierry was amazing! So sweet! Eagle Ridge should be so happy to have such a great server! Our family's disappointment was turned around and we enjoyed our beautiful morning with the friendly people at this great resort."

"The resort is lovely. The servers are very pleasant and efficient. The restaurant has a beautiful view with a lovely fireplace. Very romantic. But the food is very pedestrian and it comes to the table lukewarm at best. We had the breakfast buffet and even though the food was sitting in warming trays it was cold to lukewarm. We also had snacks in the bar. Again, severs very nice, but the food was greasy and cold."

"The best brunch (Sunday Brunch) I have had in a long time! The food is overwhelming in a good way. Many different foods available and everything was delicious! Also, this is the best place to stay that we have found in Galena, IL."
