"Arrived to find our Open Table reservation was nowhere to be found. We were seated in the hibachi table room and that was like eating at a circus. My wife's chicken teriyaki was served at least 20 minutes before mine and my daughter's sushi orders arrived even though twice we were told the orders were coming right up. The sushi, once served, was very good. However, the chicken teriyaki was simply awful; slices of dry chicken breast with a thick gloppy sauce spread on top. We mentioned our dissatisfaction to our waitress but got little if any sympathy. We will never return again which is too bad because we've had good meals and service in the past."

"Koto was great fun! The hibachi chef was great with the kids; the kids menu was reasonable and tasty; the waitress was very helpful and friendly - it was very special for the kids, and they loved it all! We were treated well, the kids were respected and in return, they rose to the occasion too. Can't wait to go alone without the kids!"

"If you make a reservation via Open Table and you DON'T want the hibachi table, make sure you call and tell them. We waited 45 minutes for a regular table. They assumed we wanted hibachi when we (thought) made it for a regular table."
