"8 of us went to celebrate daughters 24th bday which we went also on her 16th day.
Fun for whole family for entertainment while chef was cooking was great but waitress was very slow and not that friendly.
Restaurant needs to be cleaner and updated on décor and atmosphere."

"We had a730 reservation but where not seated until 750 along with walk ins,and then the service was 20 minutes for drinks another 30 minutes before we got salad and then the table next to us which was seated 40 minutes after we got salad had a cook start there meal and ours started 5 minutes later,rediculous. I have been eating at your establishment fo over twenty years,not again."

"Here are the issues we had:
The Asian atmosphere is gone, the art is generic, the waitresses no longer wear the kimonos.
We got the filet mignon, the quality of the meat is down, no where near as tender.
They got rid of the coconut ice cream.
No more American Express.
You now get 2 checks, 1 for the food and another for beverages from the bar in the lobby.
The worst thing, the hostess asked us to take our drinks over across the lobby to the bar as there people waiting."

"I'm 35 yrs old and have been coming to this restaurant for at least 25 years. This was my worst food experience here yet. Our chef was a lot of fun but they have changed the whole menu. The menu they have now is not even the same one they have here on open table. My steak was delicious as usual but they no longer make their chicken or noodles the same way and the taste is completely different, and not for the better. I kind of feel like it was my own fault for even ordering the chicken with my steak, which is something I haven't done in a very long time. If you are used to there old garlic noodles you will be extremely disappointed, I think they added a really strong ginger flavor somewhere that wasn't there before."

"We used to frequent Bisuteki often. I remember now why we had not been in quite some time. The food was mediocre. The service was not friendly and the chef, who should be putting on a small "show" never even glanced in our direction. We will not be coming back. This experience was disappointing at best."

"I've always been pretty satisfied with the quality/quantity of the food at Bisuteki, but this last trip was even better than I was used to. They've made some changes to both the look of room and the menu--I don't know if management has changed hands or not--both were very well done.We'll be returning soon--out kids also love to go for kids eat free on Sundays."
