"We were a group of seven celebration my birthday. It was our first time at Ragazzi's, and we were all impressed with the quality of the food (and the moderate prices). The dishes were more interesting and inventive (and tasty) than the run-of-the-mill Italian cuisine. The service was excellent. Our waiter was professional and very (but not too) attentive. The restaurant itself was pleasant and tasteful, and the noise level was moderate. Ragazzi's was an excellent choice."

"The food and the environment is great, but I did not get food until 1 hour after I was seated. Had a 3:15pm reservation on Mothers Day. I did not get my order taken until 3:35pm and we ordered 2 entrees. The waitress never stopped by our table to check on us or let us know why it was taking so long (it was not that busy in the restaurant at that time). We had to call our waitress, ask about our orders and she said that the lamb takes long to cook. We got our entrees at about 4:10pm and the waitress did not apologize for the wait time. I love the restaurant, have been there many times, I just hope this was a one time thing."

"My family is not from the area and we wanted to take our mom out for Mother's Day. Found/reviewed the restaurant online, made the reservation through Open Table and were very pleased with everything about the restaurant. The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was attentive without being obnoxious. My mom totally enjoyed herself and her meal, and that is what was most important. I would totally come back and definitely recommend the restaurant. Thank you for a relaxing dining experience."

"Our entire group of 11 enjoyed our experience at Ragazzi. The owner went out of his way to give us a little extra attention because our reservations were not met exactly on time. We had a large group of 11 including 6 kids. I have also been here for ladies night out with just the girls. Both nights were filled with good food and good friends! We will be coming back more often. We would like to stop in on a Friday for lunch.Highly recommend this restaurant to families and getting together with friends! Molto Bene!"

"I absolutely love this place and I'm not big on American-Italian places. But this place is fun. If you can spare the calories, definitely give this place a go. Just be cautious, if you're looking for a "quiet night" with your special someone, this won't be the place. Service can also be a little lacking depending on who you get as a server."

"I've been to this restaurant many times, and was always happy with my experience. Today was the exception, we were all disappointed in the quality and quantity of our dishes today. The fried calamari appetizer wasn't very fresh and was quite chewy. Our hot antipasto was OK but quite small in the portion size. I ordered the monkfish special over brocoli rabe and found the order to be quite tasteless and also very small. It was two tiny strips of fish over a pile of vegetables. Other's in my group also found their dishes (penne alla vodka, chicken pasta dish) to be just fair. The only dish that was really good was the broiled salmon. Also, our waitress took our order only to come back again 10 mins later to ask what 2 people ordered again."

"We found this on the 1000 point list and thought we'd give it a try. Its located right across from the mall, excuse to shop. The place was mobbed, but since we had a reservation, we walked right to our table. The menu was creative and not the typical Italian fare. We were lucky to realize it was restaurant week, so another added bonus. It was also "dinner and a movie" night, so for a little extra, we received a pair of movie tickets. The appetizers, main course and dessert were all innovative, plentiful without being heavy, and delicious. We loved it so much, we went back the next night to order off the main menu. Did not dissapoint. Again, the place was very busy with a lively crowd. Food a little slow to come out, but worth the wait."

"Previously wrote a review for my dining experience Saturday. Great restuarant, will be back. The only suggestion is that both times we were there, there were people sitting so close, I felt as if I was dining with them. The first night I was in the bar area, and right over the short wall was a mob of people (Saturday night). It would have been great to have a partition, possible frosted glass, separating the people waiting to be seated from the folks dining. Same issue the following evening , this time I sat in the back, next to a short wall. It was noticably uncomfortable for the couple on the other side of the wall as well. Again, some sort of small glass partition would keep the open atmosphere, but still separate the diners."

"As always enjoyed the food at Ragazzi. Never once disappointed with the delish dishes! We go here often and never disappointed. The only thing I will say that was a bit disappointed this time was that we had dinner reservations at 8pm for 4 made two days in advance b/c we had family in town visiting for a special occasion. We still had to wait 40 mins b/c they were so behind on their seating. The place was so packed and no room to sit or even hang at the bar. So our reservation was meaningless! But other then that superb food as always!"
