"This restaurant is a find. Food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was just perfect. Our server Stephanie was vibrant and friemdly and the piano player inspired us to get up and dance. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Bravo, and when we are back in the area, this great spot will be part of our experience."

"Odd location, but a genuine find. We intend to go again to try additional dishes. While the food was good - the flavors could be richer, plating was nice, and the staff was fantanstic. Pian guy was a nice touch but a bit loud."

"I'm not sure I would have chosen this restaurant if I had just driven by as it does not have the best location for being noticed. My first visit, for lunch was due to an invitation. I so enjoyed it that a week later I took my family back to celebrate my son's birthday. The food is EXCELLENT, service was STELLAR and we decided it was our new favorite. During both visits, (weekday lunch and weekday dinner) there were only a few tables with other diners, THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS SUPPORT --- MUST GO!!!"

"We had a party of 10 and Bravo Bistro arranged a special place for us so we weren't in the middle of the main floor. It was private and cozy. We asked if they could turn down the music and they were very accommodating. We had two youn kids in our party and they were able to serve the kids first. The service was fast and the food was amazing."

"Typical old school Italian. Traditional dishes. Nothing fancy, but well executed. Ccalamari appetizer which was solid. Standard dinner salad was fabulous. Carbonara was very tasty but a bit heavy. Companion enjoyed her chicken picatta. Dessert was chocolate -- serious chocolate. Restaurant is on major throughfare in a building that is unimpressive. Owners have done what they can to dress it up. Restaurant was not crowded (Tuesday night) and was very, very quiet. Don't know what would happen if place was full. Piano (style unknown)but not on Tues. night. Would not drive across the Bay to dine here, but if you are in the neighborhood this substantially above average. If I lived in Concord/Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek, I would go back."

"Unfortunately, when we arrived on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm for my boyfriend's birthday, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant, which didn't make for much "atmosphere". Several more diners entered shortly thereafter, but I prefer dining when a restaurant presents a more lively atmosphere. Have been here on Friday evenings when every table is full and it's a lovely place to dine."

"I have visited this place before with great success, but upon returning I was exceedingly disappointed. The food was average, without nice plating. Our service was terrible, with no one noticing our empty water glasses or unlit candles. The waitress, while sweet, did not attend to us as diligently as other tables. We were the youngest people there, minus the babies at various tables. The salads were not tossed, so the dressing was just a clump in the middle, and the desserts (which we took to go because of the fact that for a three course meal it took two hours) were thrown into the box. The 'valentine's menu' was unimpressive, expensive and not even hot. I will not go back. I don't recommend that you do, either."

"We went on Valentine's Day - which is probably the worst evening of the year to base a review on. However, with only a little bit of a wait and slight check-in confusion, we eventually were seated and had a nice evening. The special menu for the evening was excellent and service was cordial - but understandably a bit slow. There was a pianist playing popular tunes which added nicely to the ambiance and festivities of the evening. The restaurant was very busy and patrons were enjoying themselves."

"Valentine's day is sometimes a problematic day to dine at a restaurant. However, Bravo Bistro delivered a fine dining experience in spades for us.
Reservation was honored on time, food was wonderful, kitchen a little slow, but what does one expect on Valentine's? All in all, a very fine meal.

"This restaurant was great the food was excellent. I was sceptical about the special they had that night but after having the first bite it was great. Our waitress was also excellent she made my wife's favorite drink (appletini) and it was on point. The only negative thing i can say about this place is the decor they have a lot of ornaments that are from different cultures not from Italy. Which was kind of wierd to my wife and I but that wont change my mind in thinking about eating there again."
