"I really enjoy going to Jensens. It is a bit on the pricey side, so I don't make it there as often as I would like. You pay for the entree, (plus add ons if you want them) and sides - so it can add up quickly. However, the food is always really good and I love the cozy leather booths."

"The hospitality at Jensens is remarkable, a guest is graciously welcomed and you are seated in a special section of the restaurant with its leather upholstered booths. Meals of the day are displayed by a friendly waiter on the IPad to temp your selection. This is an authentic supper club serving its vegetable crudity plate and salad bowl at your table. The prime rib was lean and tasty with the additional coating of a horseradish crust. A nice selection of wine and reasonably priced cocktails. Dessert was over the top - a pecan cheesecake and a cup of Irish coffee completed a wonderful meal. The entire evening was a treat"

"If you love popovers this is the place to go. No matter what entree you choose you will find it very tasty and cooked to

"Our waitress was not the greatest, but the rest of Jensen's lived up to our expectations. The walleye is the best we have had at any restaurant anywhere. We always compare walleye against the gold standard of Jensen's. The live music is nice, the decor is very nice but not too stuffy. We love it there."

"OK but not great. The quality for the price is not there, or even close! The relish tray appeared to have moldy veggies and the dip served with it had a crust on it, clearly it had been sitting for a long time.The waiter should have removed it, and gave us a new one. My husbands walleye was under cooked and mushy, mine was OK. We used a Groupon, I would never visit this place without a coupon, and probably would never again even with one."

"Love Jensen's Supper Club! From food to service to ambiance, the place is stellar! The staff was amazingly attentive from time we sat down until we left. Our meals were served quickly and were delicious down to the last bite. We received a surprise dessert at the end of our meal as the server had noticed the anniversary cards we had exchanged with each other laying on the table.
I have never been disappointed in my visits to Jensen's. It's a great place for romantic dinners, celebrations of special events (we had a party of 30+ when celebrating parents 40th anniversary. You can't go wrong with Jensen's!"

"The service was very good. We were 3 recent retired gals and we stayed 3 1/2 hours. It took us about 45 minutes to get to the menu. OUr server was very patient and took cues from us. She was very good. The food was very good, we all had the sirloin and it was very very good. We were the last to leave and employees were going about their business of closing up, the weather was very bad outside but no one tried to rush us out. A very enjoyable experience."

"The food was amazing. I was with a group of 6, 3 couples, and their was a lot of confusion in spliting the bills, charging the right cards, and I also had a groupon. So, the meal was great, but it took a long time after we were finished eating, for us to actually be able to leave, about 30 additional minutes. However, I will go back for the popovers alone."

"When I pay top buck for a restaurant experience, I expect good food and service. Jensen's only got half of it right. Good food, lousy service. The walleye, beef, and lobster were delicious. However, the woman who served us had poor manners, seemed rushed and seldom visited our table to see if we needed anything. I wanted to reduce her tip by a significant amount but, my wife objected. If it was up to me I would have given her 5% ($15) instead of the 20% ($60) my wife insisted on - I guess it was her lucky day."

"Went to Jensen's for the 'Champagne Easter Brunch'. We have been there a couple times for dinner and love their popovers and prime rib. We made a reservation for 12pm and were seated right away in a great booth. The brunch was $28 per person and set up as a buffet in the middle part of the restaurant. It was a very crowded and chaotic buffet area. Just glad we were not seated in that area! The selection of food was pretty standard; nothing too special. I was hoping there would be a better selection for the price. Also, one glass of champagne or mimosa was included in the 'Champagne Brunch' which was a major disappointment. You would think for $28, you could get a refill! Overall, an OK brunch, but definitely not worth the price."

"Good food and service. Server was friendly and accommodating. Ordered parmesan walleye and filet, both perfectly cooked. Love the garlic mashed potatoes! Wish they'd bring back the mushroom gravy they used to have which was awesome! Only criticism I have is decor needs an update!"

"We have been going there for special occasions for more than 3 years. We love the food and the service is always exceptional. If you are making a reservation ask for Jodi as your server and you will have an excellent time guaranteed. She is well versed in wine selection and intuitively knows what you want in your dining experience. Thank you Jensen's and especially a big thank you to Jodi."

"The food here is always great and that is why we keep coming back.
The past few times,this one including, the service has not been that great. The waitress was pretty slow and when our brownie dessert arrived and we tried it, part of it was hard as a rock, so we asked to get a different one, and there was no I am sorry about that or anything. The next one was delicious. The service could use improvement."

"Great food and old time super club atmosphere and charm. Moderate to higher prices but food quality matches prices. Middle age to older crowd, but still fun dinner out atmosphere. The new Walleye Oscar is awesome. Perfectly cooked walleye with hearty crab cake, asparagus and Bearnaise sauce."
