"Had a friend who worked here and said the food was good. I thought this was just your average chain restaurant, comparable to a Friday's. I was not impressed and will not be returning. Food was okay, overpriced for the mediocre quality."

"My wife and I had dinner at Harper's this past Sunday evening. We were looking for somewhere that we could get into without a long wait. Fortunately, Harper's had an opening for 7:00 PM. We made the reservation through Open Table and were pleasantly surprised to be seated as we entered the restaurant. There were many people waiting that evidently had not made a reservation.
We're glad that they honor the Open Table Reservation process as well as they do.

Our waiter came to our table immediately and took our drink order and shortly thereafter, our dinner order. He kept us supplied in beverages and we did not have a long wait for our entrees to arrive.
Overall, the evening was enjoyable and the food was great."

"Harpers is a tried and true restaurant in the Southpark area. Good food, good service and a decent enough wine list. We went early because we had to drop off a child at a birthday party. Lots of families with small children, but no issues there. Server was helpful and polite although she seemed just a bit burned out and didn't have the energy I saw with some of the other servers. I've been a chef for a number of years it is easy to see when someone is just tired of doing the job over and over again. The food was done very well, but my braised short ribs were just a bit cool to me. I think they my have sat in the window a bit too long. Wasn't cold, but wasn't hot either. Wife and daughter had the filet and both enjoyed their meals."

"Make sure to use Open Table to make a reservation. This place is always busy and you will have to wait if you don't make a reservation. We walked in and sat down immediately tonight, much to the dismay of over a dozen people who had probably been waiting awhile. Thanks Open Table!
The waiter we always hope for, James, wasn't in but our service was still quite good. My wife loves the seared Ahi with a side Caeser salad. I got the fish tacos which never disappoint. My daughter got her usual mac & cheese. All in all a good dinner."

"The Oriental grilled chicken salad with its special dressing was excellent! The men had the famous chicken fingers and hamburgers. The fries are incredible here! The Keylime pie was so rich, yummy, and huge! We split it three ways. Our waiter was the best; very attentive! We will be back soon!"

"Hi,
I cannot say enough good things about our server, Mercedes! She simply did a superb job. The food great, but the steak had to be returned to finish to medium-well. It came out medium-rare, with the red juice flowing on the plate. Likewise, one of our saide salads had lettuce that was wilted - did not seem fresh. Both Mercedes and the manager (but mostly Mercedes) took care of these problems immediately, though.
