"Have eaten there many times with no problems, but this time it was embarrasing. I was to meet two other friends. One arrived before I did and we waited and waited (at our table)on the second friend. Finally ordered without her. About 35 minutes into our lunch, she arrived with the manager. She had been waiting up front and the hostess had told her that we had not arrived!!! I let the Manager know that I was very unhappy and embarrased by this service. He agreed and adjusted our check. I will return, but will be more vigilant if looking for a missing friend.

Good food and recently remodeled dining room/bar - very nice."

"We went for Valentines Day, and the fixed menu was very disappointing. The food was mediocre, and the wine pairings were not paired with the food. My wife and I ordered different items for all three courses, but the server poured the same wine for both of us every time. Very disappointing."

"My bf and I went here for Valentine's Day and the food was amazing! Service was on point, friendly and professional and the martini I had was perfect:) They also had pretty good breakfast buffet the next morning that was included in our stay at the Hamilton Hotel. Great variety, omlette station, fresh fruit...only problem was keeping up with providing enough cereal bowls."

"Went to 14K for the brunch. Great buffet. Pancakes, French toast, bacon, omelet station, etc. Very resonably priced at 18 bucks per person including jiuce or soda. mismosa are 12 bucks. Defintely will come back again."

"Dinner, with the exception of the [tasteless] bread served, was exceptionally good and well prepared with the salad being imaginative and very tasteful. Portions were more than adequate and priced very reasonably. Mixed drinks were fashioned well beyond adequate and the service was quite exceptional. The following morning's breakfast buffet in terms of selection, quality, preparation, taste and service was equally outstanding."

"I arranged for a group from work to attend during Restuarant Week, and our group ordered off the special 3-course menu. I was a little shocked that it took 20 minutes to bring out our salads to a group of six and the same happened for the entree and dessert. We were there for an extended lunch break, and didn't expect our dining experience to be over an hour. Since it was a pre-planned menu, then it shouldn't have taken so long between courses, and we were there at the end of the lunch rush so that can't be the reason. Overall, great environment and food, but unattentive service. It was my first visit, so hopefully it was just our waiter not all of the staff."

"Nice variety on the menu and a really excellent buffet for $17 at lunch, includes different carved roasts each day, really nice soups, and a variety of hot dishes in addition to the salad and fruit bar. A beautiful room with generally good service although I always find the waiters a bit scattered. They didn't have record of our lunch reservation through OpenTable, but when the maitre d' clicked on his computer screen he found it and seated us right away while people without reservations were waiting---fair enough."

"It was dinner on Thanksgiving when we went. The food was fine, but the place was too crowded and the noise almost deafening. Not exactly conducive to a relaxing holiday dinner. The tables were so close together we could barely move our chairs or get around everyone to even get over to the buffet line. My husband wasn't able to get any turkey or cranberry sauce (which was canned), because they had run out and hadn't brought out more yet, so had to opt for another choice for dinner. Because it was just too hard to negotiate back to the buffet, he didn't bother going up again. Had it been another night it probably wouldn't have been a problem. The wait staff and hosts were nice, but for $50 each, I was very disappointed."

"This was for Thanksgiving brunch. The cold bar ( berries, jumbo shrimp, oysters) couldn't be better. The entrees were Turkey (fair) roast beef (fair) and ham ( we did not have). The artisan breads and desserts were a disappointment. The antipasto. smoked salmon. and cheeses were acceptable, but not noteworthy.
The service was attentive and hospitable.
The cold bar and service raised our rating to good overall."

"The Thanksgiving buffet was delicious although there wasn't a lot of variety. I was surprised by the 20%+ service fee added to the bill for a buffet (considering that the waiter was nice but slow in taking away used plates and didn't offer an iced tea refill), but it was still a very pleasant dining experience for the holiday."
