"I have dined at EDGE multiple times and consistently returned and recommended the restaurant to friends because of the outstanding food and superior service. When it came time to celebrate a friend's birthday, Edge at the Four Seasons seemed like a great choice. I wanted to go somewhere where my friend would be spoiled with great service and delicious food. Boy, were we disappointed. Our waiter was extremely slow. In fact, after serving our dinner, it took him 40 minutes to check back. We were long finished by the time we checked back. After we asked for our check, it took nearly 20 minutes. I had informed the restaurant that it was my friend's birthday, but nothing was done to commemorate the birthday."

"We have dined at Edge several times, as a couple, or with family and friends, sometimes before attending a Denver Centre Theatre production. We enjoy the ambiance - the room is comfortable and attractive; the food is very good - we especially enjoy the halibut when it is on the menu; the tuna, the beef filet, and the Caesar Salad, in presentation and preparation; and the service has always been superb, from the initial greeting through the serving of our dinners - efficient and attentive, but not intrusive, for diners from age 5 to mature adult."

"My husband and I had a AAA voucher and used it to celebrate my birthday with a fabulous 3 course meal. The service was superb, and the executive chef even dropped by our table to check on us. The hot stone and beet salad starters were delicious, and my husband's steak and my scallops were perfectly prepared. We both enjoyed our wine selections too. The peanut butter cup and sticky toffee pudding desserts were sublime, and the chocolate lollipops a wonderful touch. We've been to Edge several times, and have loved every visit."

"The Mothers Day brunch was expensive beyond my imagination. With 18 percent tip $399 for 5 people. No alcohol. 3 courses including a dessert bar @ $55 a person and they charged extra for coffee, tea, and juice. Really? The food was good but artistically marginal portion sizes, if you know what I mean. The fruit plate appetizer had been sitting for awhile and the yogurt was less than half a cup. Starbucks Greek yogurt now looks like superb value to me. The prime rib was no more than 6 oz with a small scoop of mashed potatoes and 2 asparagus sprigs. All very tasty but I feel like we got taken to the cleaners. What happened? I have taken my wife here before several times and had great food and service. Very very disappointing."

"We used AAA special discount for our visit. The restaurant provided an excellent selection of menu alternatives. The list of wine-by-the-glass was extensive and the recommended wine, was very good. The steak tarter and beet appetizers were delicious. Unfortunately the rest of the meal and the atmosphere was not to our taste. They grill over pecan wood, resulting in our salmon, filet and grilled vegetables being heavily smoked, so the delicate flavors of the meat, fish and vegetables were lost. We spent about 2 hours in the restaurant and as the evening progressed, the noise level continued to rise to the point where we could no longer have conversation. What started as an excellent evening, ended disappointingly. We will not return."

"My wife and I have had both brunch and dinner at EDGE several times, but this was our first visit with others. It was a lot of fun. Everything (salads, steaks, sides, desserts, dessert wines) got shared around the table, and it was all delicious. Not inexpensive, though! Plan on $75-$250 per person, depending mostly on how much and which wine(s) you select."

"The service here is always exceptional but this time Alan, our server, went above and beyond. We were going to the show and the portioning on my dinner was large. I had thought about getting a box, but didn't want to worry about it at the show. Alan, without ever asking my name, offered to box and refrigerate it until we returned after the show to pick it up. When I picked it up, it was carefully labeled with name, date, and item included. Not that it sat in our refrigerator for any time at all. I had the rest of the pork shank for lunch the next day. It was fantastic, and so is Alan - just another example of Four Seasons service."

"Edge has gone downhill in the past few years. With a great location, romantic ambiance, and a name like "Four Seasons" attached to the building, they should really improve on their food quality. "We have dined at Edge several times prior to Theater events. Our experiences in general have been very good. This time there was a problem with preparing one of the offered Prime strip steaks that I ordered.
The steak was markedly overcooked, but when this was noticed the waiter immediately took it back and had another made to the correct temperature. He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right for us. My wife's entree was very good and prepared correctly. We finished dinner with time to spare to take a walk before the show started."

"Absolutely fantastic experience. I had been there about a month ago , and I was a wee bit disappointed . I decided to give it another try since I really love this spot for brunch . This time everything clicked ! The food was almost perfect , and the service was on point . The only thing that needs some improvement is the wine list . It is not up to par for what you would expect at a place like The Four Seasons, so guys give that a little work !!!"

"Great food, great service, fantastic desserts! A very attentive staff that made an effort to be sure our dining experience was wonderful. The steak was tender and perfectly cooked. The salmon was great. The desserts (carrot cake filled with warm white chocolate) and peanut butter mousse topped with a chocolate ganache made the whole experience memorable."

"EDGE always provides well-prepared food and provides great service when they aren't crowded. We experienced appropriate attentiveness and sincerity from the team of servers, resulting in an excellent dining experience. Only the inconsistency in such service (such as sometimes evidenced in front-of-house hosting or when the restaurant is busy) keeps this from being a true favorite."

"Everything was outstanding. Tried Edge for the 1st time during 5280 & my meal was incredible tasting & cooked to perfection. I had the crab corn & sweet potato bisque & it tasted fantastic. Very memorable. 2nd I had the sirloin which was more tender and juicy than a filet mignon. It was prepared to the perfect medium rare temperature & had a great smoky wood flavor. My sides were amazing, especially the parsnip puree & Brussels sprouts. The mac n cheese side was just ok. My husband had a delicious meal minus the carpaccio appetizer which was swimming in garlic sauce. He is a chef and loves garlic but this dish was beyond overbearing. Otherwise everything from the delicious recommended wines to the light delicate desserts was perfect!"

"My date and I tried this restaurant during restaurant week and had a great time. It was noisy and thus difficult to hear one another, but the space is very open and nothing to block the sounds of others, so I expected noise. The service was good, the food was excellent and the restaurant had added menu items (at a cost) to supplement the 5280 menu. I would return."

"This was our second visit to Edge and once again they had great service with fabulous food. It was during 5280 week and while restaurants produce large amounts of a specified menu during this time, Edge made their choices taste like we had just picked them off of their normal menu. The flavor of the sweet potato bisque was fantastic along with a wonderfully cooked tenderloin. Also, every cocktail was a delight!"

"The food was really well done and the service was prompt, but somewhat distracted. The waiter poured a tasting of wine by the glass but never filled the glass until he came back later and was asked to. The bottle we ordered was never offered for a taste, which was unusual for a nice restaurant to miss that aspect of ordering a bottle of wine."
