"When making reservation I noted that companion was celebrating 80th birthday and used a walker. We got a spacious circular booth near entry, a birthday card on the table, and a special candle treat with dessert. Server Kimberly T was excellent and made the occasion extra special. "We arrived about fifteen minutes before our reservation and we told they would take us closer to our reservation time. They did seat us 5 minutes later than our reservation although there were tables available and four hosts talking together at the welcome counter. Hard to sit and watch them talking while we felt we were being ignored. Our food was great but we ordered four items to share and all came out together even though we asked for the appetizer, Sushi roll, salad and main course to come out separately. Our waitress was friendly but service was slow we waited a long time for our food and we were disappointed when it arrived all together and not in courses. Snow peas with spicy hot sauces were great, but we couldn't taste any spice."

"We were excited to eat at this restaurant as are experience in the past has been very positive. Unfortunately, this visit was not as pleasing. The carrots were undercooked, potatoes were over cooked and dry, and my salmon was also over cooked. Others at the table had similar complaints. The restaurant was overly noisy and there was a long delay for the server to take our order.
Dessert was delicious as usual and they provided special treatment for the couple that we were celebrating. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be back for the food."

"Overall, most of the food lacked seasoning, just basic salt and pepper. Maybe we just went on an off night, because I have heard really good things about this place. I ordered the pork tenderloin and while it was okay, the sauce and pork hardly had any flavor. The polenta on the other hand completely overpowered the whole plate and I did not care for the flavor. My husband ordered the copper river salmon special and said the same thing about the seasoning. The desserts were delicious! The pecan pie and mocha macchiato especially. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with the piano player in the bar, that was really nice. The service was pretty good. Although at one point we stopped getting water refills. We will likely try them again."

"The restaurant's portions are suitable for those who are less than average eater. The sides are ridiculously small. Once again I had the cedar plank salmon and even had dessert something i hardly ever do and i was still hungry when I was done. Both my guest and I were hungry. She is petite and i am less than average for a man's size.The waitress was outstanding!!!"

"I have been here several times and I just have to rave about how fantastic the food is! Almost everyone I bring to this restaurant is impressed with the food and the fact that it's quite healthy. If I were forced to eat out every night of the week I would definitely choose this restaurant! The wood fired pork tenderloin is excellent as well as their fish on the menu. Try it! "We have dined at 52 on several occasions and never been disappointed. Each time is unique and special, The menu changes, so the food is an adventure. It's hard to always order a "favorite", but that's okay, because we often try something new and different. We are likely to try a dish that we normally would not order, but because we always love the previous experience, we feel confident we will like whatever it is. And we do.
The patio is quiet and private ( feeling). That is where we dined. Afterwards, we went inside bar area to listen to piano music.

"We've been to Season's 52 at the Biltmore several times since they opened and have totally loved it. This time didn't measure up to previous experiences. Primarily the preparation of the food was just mediocre ... steamed carrots were hard, and the asparagus had woody ends. Perceived no value to the Cedar Plank preparation for the veggies or salmon. Penne pasta with shrimp and vegetables ... shrimp rubbery like they had sat around for a while, a splash of fresh herbs would have enhanced this dish.
Outdoor atmospere is always delightful, service was timely and attentive. Enjoy the healthful preparation."

"We visited Seasons 52 to celebrate restaurant week. The four course meal was well worth the $30 prefix charge. The food was outstanding and the service was as well. The pecan pie dessert was out of this world and that alone would bring me back for more! I have already recommended this restaurant to several friends, great restaurant!"

"We found the restaurant to be far too loud and echoey, otherwise it would have been comfortable. I prefer to be able to easily hear all of my dining companions.
The food was quite good. The restaurant week deal was a steal at $30. All 5 of us enjoyed our meal, the least favorite was the shrimp linguini which was given an okay rating. The steaks were very good. The spinach salad was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the flatbread.
If you go, try for the patio, it seemed quieter."

"Went with a dear friend who is trying to eat healthier in 2013 and he raved about the food and choices. I had the tuna salad and it was divine, flavors blending together perfectly. Friend had two selections from the vegetarian menu and I had bite of the apple coleslaw and it was fantastic. He liked it so much, he went back two days later to celebrate his belated birthday. Service was very attentive."

"This was our fourth or fifth visit in several months. Every time we go, we've taken someone with us who has not been there and the conclusion is that it is a great restaurant. Food, ambiance, service -- all make it worth going back. We love the flatbreads and almost always share one as an appetizer. Love this restaurant!"

"Love, love, love this place! The food is truly amazing and will explode on your palett. All of their food is fresh and is mostly organic. The entrees are low in calorie but definately not low in taste. The bar features a piano singer throughout the week. The drinks are amazing, especially the martinis! A wonderful place to dine for a romantic evening or to enjoy a girls lunch."

"This is one of my favorite restaurants, we love meeting friends there for dinner. They are impressed with the food. This time we had filet mignon, wood roasted pork tenderloin, caramelize scallops all were wonderful and my husband enjoyed his rainbow trout. Our waiter was very attentive."

"Only complaint is the service...I have been here many times and the servers are alway asking personal questions and kind of hanging around the table longer that they should be. Maybe it's just me but I don't want to have a conversation with my server about my job or what I did on my weekend. I alway come back for the outstanding food!"
