"I am very happy I found this place, the food was good, the staff accomodating, it is a great atmosphere and I love the live music. The happy hour alone is worth the visit. This place is in a bit of an unusual location to get to, so initially I was unsure and kept putting off trying it, but once in the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place is. The owner came by and made us feel very welcome, even brought out a sauce of his own for an appetizer we were having and it went from good to Awesome! In fact everything I have tasted so far has been really good and I am picky. I had a great evening, so I highly recommend it and will add this restaurant to my list of places I frequent."

"Food was heavy and slow to arrive. Wait staff was erratic in efficiency, although friendly enough. Noise level wasover the top due to a two person cover band's excessively loud music. We had to shout to each other to be heard."

"Forbidden City is our "Go to" restaurant and it never lets us down. Took some new people to dinner and they loved it. I will say the service was just okay but the bartenders, especially Eric, are always great."
