"We were at the first seating and the food was already cold. The buffet dishes were not removed unless we asked for them to be. The food was okay slightly better then regular buffet fair but it wasn't hot at all. We had to keep flagging down the manager to remove dishes. I think for the price it was okay except for the auto gratuity that they included it was not deserved and you are forced to pay it anyway.I know mothers day is a busy day but our seating was not over crowded and the servers could have handled it better. The two gentleman seating the diners were very nice and made the experience better with the friendly demeanor they both had. I would try it again but maybe not on a holiday"

"Cons: They did not have a table ready for us at the time of the reservation and the wait was very long. The Manager noticed we had not been tended to and ended up being our waiter which was nice
Pros: The food was delicious: appetizer, entrees...everything was great. I just wish the wait wasn't so long."

"Our group of 8 arrived ontime and they had no idea we booked on Open Table. They had not made up a table so we waited while they "set" the table in the boardroom/meeting room beside their "cafe" style dining area. The food was edible but clearly they are trying to cook dishes beyond the chefs ability. We waited too long and the meals came out at different times. We were all staying at the hotel for a family party so we were kind of stuck. I would not recommend this for Dinner at all. Breakfast was buffet style and was average. We complained to the manager the next day and they took 25% off the dinner charge. The food was definitely overpriced. And the rooms were noisy for some of us."
