"We got to dinner on time but table was not ready.Appetizer and salad were very good, however, half way thru the salad the main course shows up.We said we were not ready .The end result was over cooked steaks.The rib eye looked like it came from some fast food place.My wifes filet did not look a whole lot better. For a 184.00 I would expect more. We will stick to the BEAU for our steak night.

"Excellent dinner experience. Great service, wonderful food - setting seems completely set apart from the casino activities going on just outside. Small little negatives were the bread was not particularly great (dry and I enjoyable to eat), and felt like it was a ~ $100 meal, for $150 (a bit pricey). Nevertheless, the entire experience and location will surely lead to us returning at some point surely."

"As is usual for Ruth's Chris, the food is fantastic. Our waitress, Jonica, was excellent, recovering well from late salad delivery. Yes, it was her responsibility, but one can't be everywhere at one time! She was quite smart and at ease with her diners. The steaks were perfect even though they had to be kept warm while we finished our salads. Same thing for the broccoli and fries! We had a wonderful time, especially with an excellent bottle of wine. However, toward the end of our meal, the concert in the theater sharing a wall started up and the floor began vibrating and the bass boomed. That was a different experience! I guess you might say we got to go to the Foreigner concert!"

"I eat a Ruth's Chris a lot at their various locations. Most of the time I am a huge fan. This time our service was just okay. I had to ask twice for the lemons for my iced tea and three times for some steak sauce. I know steak sauce is a sin at higher end steak houses, but I just really love Heinz 57 on steak no matter what the quality of the meat. Also, my steak was a little overcooked for my liking. Sides were good, dessert was good, steak was okay, service can be improved. It was very convenient to the rest of our evening though bc we were going to a concert 30 feet away in the Hard Rock casino as well. I'd go back, but probably order the steak less done to be on the safe side and hope I got a different waitress."

"I like my steak to cooked medium. I dont know if it is the location... in a Casino, I find they get you in and get you out. So you can be out on the floor spending some money. Not as up to par with other Ruth's especially New Orleans Fulton st.
