"Very accommodating. One of our party needed gluten-free food, and although Dante doesn't have a gluten-free menu, they were able to come up with gluten-free suggestions that were delicious. The staff is always very attentive, but not obtrusive."

"Went here for Mother's Day Lunch. There were six of us, are table was small and cramped, yet the place was more than half empty, they could have easily but a bigger table together. The service was OK. The food was OK, rather mediocre. Especially considering the prices were very high for lunch. They used their dinner menu for lunch on Mothers's Day, rather than the Lunch Menu that was posted on their website. I don't mine paying the prices, if the food was worth it but it certainly was not. Way overpriced for what you get on your place."

"We enjoyed a lovely Mother's Day lunch at Dante. The food and service were both excellent. The atmosphere was a little funky - we were seated in the pink room - but it added to the overall charm of the restaurant. I can't believe I've lived in northern VA for 20 years and this was my first trip to Dante. It won't be the last."

"We enjoyed a simply delicious lunch at Dante's this week for my friend's birthday. One of the specials was a Swordfish Pizzaioli and was the best I have ever had. Lightly sautéed green beans were served with this unbeatable dish. My friend ordered the Salmon with Spinach and loved it. It's her favorite at Dante's, too. We have been to the restaurant many, may times and enjoyed a number of Book Club luncheons and private parties in the two upstairs rooms. I highly recommend for an outstanding meal in a quiet setting."

"I was recommended to eat here by a fellow italian foodie. What a great recommendation. The pasta was fresh and home-made. The specials that evening included swordfish which was delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant. The price was quite reasonable especially the wine list. The service was attentive without being intrusive. I will definately return."

"We are officially regulars. They know us and greet us by name when we walk in.
It's always good food and service. The place is well decorated and quiet with small rooms and windows in all. The patio dining in the summer is exceptional.
The Ossobucco is exceptional. The specials are always special.
You will not be disappointed. It's just always good."

"Dante Ristorante has been a Great Falls favorite of our family's for decades -- we're now on our 4th Italian generation of customers! The food is always good and the hosts hospitable. This particular Saturday night was a small birthday celebration -- and it was packed so service a little less attentive than usual. However, we still enjoyed ourselves -- the homemade pastas never disappoints -- and we'll return before summer!"

"Four of us went for dinner on a Saturday evening. The service was impeccable. The ambience is terrific as there are many small rooms and the noise level is kept down. We had no problems keeping up with our own conversation, which is getting very difficult to do in many restaurants these days. We all enoyed our meals very much. Three had the seafood soup special and I had the Risotto with Funghi. It was perfect, not over salted as one finds in many restaurants, and absolutely delicious. We lingered long after we'd finished dinner and this wasn't a problem. When one of our friends wanted to ask about the recipe for the fish soup, which was rather like a bouillabaisse, the chef came over to our table and told her what was in it."

"We just moved to the area and our friends recommended Dante’s Ristorante --and wow-- were they spot on with the recommendation for great place to enjoy a night out. My wife and I had a terrific meal at Dante’s. The chef owner and staff provide superb service and delicious entrees. We both enjoyed a delicious freshly made Italian dinner entree served with a flair. The long time staff made us feel welcomed and we definitely go back to Dante’s when the warm weather arrives to enjoy their beautiful patio and fountain area."

"Like dinner in Italy, in a nice neighborhood family restaurant. You can take your time and dine for two-plus hours European style or you can dine more quickly American style, but you'll enjoy the food and service in either case. Molto Bueno! The burrata was sublime, mussels great, carpaccio was melt-in-your mouth. We each had a special and all were great - Whole fish deboned tableside, just like we had in Locarno once, venison and lobster specials were delicious. We'll be back."
