"My wife and I were staying in Arlington Va during a weekend visit to DC. We came here for dinner one night because we usually like pubs and pub food. We almost walked out because the noise level was so high. It's Very unpleasant to sit and eat there and we were in the "quiet area." The service was decent and so was the ambiance. The beer list was somewhat disappointing but we managed with that. The food leaves a lot to be desired. My wife thought the corned beef tasted like fish and she couldn't finish it. The shepherds pie had good flavor but was very soupy and hard to eat. We would not repeat."

"Across the street from Metro. We ate an early dinner and then hopped the Metro over to Foggy Bottom and took the free shuttle to the Kennedy Center. Safe & Friendly area."

"We made reservations for 18. They were ready. The service to 18 was outstnding. The waiter was very very friendly, personable and accomodating. He made the experience above outstanding. The food was delivered ontime and hot. It was cooked fresh. They did a great job handling the 16 of us. As one member of our party stated:"This is a keeper!""

"We arrived 20 minutes late for our reservation on a Friday night--stuck in traffic. Even though it wasn't his fault, the manager showed great concern and found a table for us as soon as possible. Great restaurant, great food, wonderful service - we will return."

"The bar was nice and energetic, but sitting down for dinner was a mistake. We were seated in a corner which was nice because it was quieter, but the service was absolutely horrible (took for ever to meet our server, and once we did he didn't come back very often. That's especially bad since we were there for happy hour). The appetizer was good but the main entree was overcooked and even if it wasn't it wouldn't have been much better."

"This was a great Irish restaurant and was comparable to Irish food we had in Ireland. They had great service and were really quick with the food. We have come there many times and it is consistently good!"
