Restaurant Description: 360 is a progressive fine dining concept, focused around an ever-changing menu. The menu is written up to seven times a week, dictated by the freshest available seafood, meat, game, and produce. Our seafood, the highest quality and freshest in Nashville, is flown in overnight and goes on the menu that day. The menu is farm-driven and made-from-scratch, and executed by one of Nashville's best chefs, Marco Sedda. In addition to Sedda's food and inventive pastries, 360 offers over fifty wines by the glass, along with a special reserve list culminating in over 900 selections, second most in Tennessee. There is also a signature cocktail menu featuring classic and seasonal drinks, an extensive collection of premium hard to find liquors, and a selection of imported and domestic beers.

"Nice place. Beef appetizer not very good. Didn't have hardly any flavor. Needed something like some fresh ginger or a cheese with more bite. Lamb dish was awesome. Chicken could have had less rosemary but it was good. Peanut butter cheese cake worth a try especially with a nice port. "I keep wanting to love 360 because it is so close to home. But every time I go I don't feel like I get a meal worth the $200-300 it costs. This time the waiter was a bigger snob than most of the patrons in this Belle Meade bistro. So with slightly above average food, ridiculous prices and waitstaff arrogance I am once again left feeling cheated and disappointed."

"A few friends of mine decided to try 360 Bistro as a location to celebrate a friend's birthday. The experience was great from start to finish. I was impressed at each part of the evening -- from the friendly greeting and drink menu (it's on an iPad -- so fun!) to the excellent meal and farewell. Chad, our waiter, and the other employees who stopped by our table could not have been more pleasant. The restaurant is quaint. The drink selections are enticing. I really enjoyed my meal (lemon gnocchi -- delicious). I was a teensy bit disappointed with the serving size -- that's how much I liked it. I think this would be a great spot for a group of 5 or less. I could see a private wine tasting or small rehearsal dinner as events there, too."

"Perfect meal. Had the duck appetizer, which was spot on and went great with our bottle of Zinfandel. Split the lemon gnocchi and lamb chop entrees. They went beautifully together and were perfectly prepared. Probably the best ricotta gnocchi I've ever had and I make them myself at home.
I believe our servers name was Magnolia and she was very knowledgeable and exactly attentive enough. When we expressed an interest in their lovely wine room, they graciously allowed us to explore it and the manager stopped to chat. I would highly recommend 360 Bistro to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience in Nashville. Don't be put off that it is outside the city center, consider yourself lucky there is amble parking and get there."

"Very disappointed. My 5 friends and I were looking to celebrate the completing of the 1/2 Marathon. In the past we have been to 360 many times and we have enjoyed the service and food very much. This time it was different. We have had our waiter Justin before and he had been very attentive,professional and competent. This time it appeared that Justin had too many tables. I had to flag him down several times to get us more drinks and wine. When we first sat down he checked on us several times and did a good job. Later in the evening as his station picked up, the service went down hill. When I am paying these very high prices, I expect outstanding service the entire time. The food was excellent and the service was not."

"We went to 360 the other night for the first time and I must say I was impressed. The menu was very comprehensive, offered good value and a decent ambiance. I was particularly impressed at the "clean" food offered; that is to say not fried, covered in some stuff, or anything that left me with that greasy feeling I have after dinner in too many Nashville restaurants. "I want to start this review by saying that 360 Bistro has the potential to be a great restaurant but it leaves a lot to be desired. We started our meal with salads which were just mediocre and definitely not worth $10 each. My husband ordered the scallops and was very satisfied with his meal. I tasted it and it was very bland to me. I ordered the short rib, which was recommended by our server, and it was equivalent to a roast made in a crock pot and the sides were subpar. Our meal was delivered by another staff member and our server did not return to check on us for 20+ minutes and I hadn't eaten much of my meal because it was bland so when she finally returned I asked for some romesco sauce which made it a little better."

"Bistro 360 is now one of my favorite Nashville restaurants. From cocktails to dessert, everything is outstanding. The menu has something for every diet and the portions are sized for the average good appetite. The wine selection is so extensive they put it on an iPad using a very well organized App. The servers take care of you without being intrusive (there's nothing I dislike more than someone interrupting our table conversation to ask "Is everything okay? - Enjoy"). I would not be surprised if Bistro 360 earns a Michelin Star - It's that good."

While we love outdoor dining, I am not a fan of their patio. The lighting is bad, the chairs uncomfortable, and the view is of the parking lot. But indoors the decor is warm and inviting. "Not all that we had hoped for. Great menu, but it does not transfer to the actual meal. Just average food. The beef carpaccio was very gristly, and of poor quality. The beef ribs were very fatty.The hamburger was just okay, but for the price I expected more. Uncomfortable chairs that belong on an outside patio, not a $$$ restaurant. "Wonderful food - among the Nashville restaurant scene, 360 Bistro simply stands out. Absolute highlights of the menu are the charcuterie plate, the red and yellow beets salad,the sweet tea-brined pork chop, and the warm mixed berry cobbler with mint gelato. We've been to 360 Bistro a few times now - granted, it's a bit more of a drive compared to the locales of Flyte, Etch, Kayne or Watermark - but always totally worth it. The quality of the food, the varied tastes, its careful arrangement, it is all wonderfully consistent and pleasant. Highly recommended - we'll be back soon."

"The ambience is really nice, great wine list. I had the red & yellow beet salad and appetiser special riostto which were excellant and the desserts were absolutely fabulous.
But we were very disappointed with the service. We were a party of six with reservations for 6.30. We were seated promptly, but had very slow service and had to call out for the waiter many times. We didn't leave the restaurant till 9.15, be4cause that 's how long it took for us to get our meals and dessert &coffee served."

"My husband and I went for dinner this past Saturday night after the Vanderbilt basketball game. We started off with an appetizer special 'pork shank'. Neither of us had ever had anything like this! There were two shanks, full of meat, and were sitting on top of black eyed peas, wilted kale, and bacon. I could have easily been on the Food Network show "The Best Thing I Ever Ate". It was that good!"

"360 did a wonderful job this week. One of us had the Prawns special, which was awesome, the other the chicken dish, which was perfect.
Service was spot on, as always. Wine list is great, with lower priced wines all the way up to $300 bottle wine.

"This was quite a drive out of Nashville, but well worth it. My husband had the best pork chop he has ever had anywhere. I had salmon and we had salads and then chocolate cake I had wine our server suggested and it was perfect. Really good food.

"Seems like it can't decide whether it wants to be a casual, French-inspired bistro, or a higher-end fine dining spot. The prices are too high and food too fussy for the former, yet the service is too lax and atmosphere too loud and crowded for the latter.
We did like the iPad wine list. More restaurants should start doing that. And despite not showing up until about ten minutes after we were seated by the hostess, our server was very friendly.
Still, we probably won't go back. Just not worth the price when you think of all the other places you could go for the same money (or less) in Nashville that, quite frankly, do a better job."
