"I have been to Cincos many times. Ther has been a change in management 3 times. It use to be the best restaurant around, but now it's really hit or miss. My wife and I went two weeks ago and the food was great, but on Father's Day the food was just ok. Hopefully they can get things back to how they once were."

"Six of us went there on a Friday night. It was nice to be able to make a reservation. However it wa a once in a lifetime experience. We will not be going back. Food that gave us intestinal complaints the entire next day. No draft beer and a waitress more interested in chatting to her friends than waiting on the table. No thanks"

"We were so glad to get back to our favorite restaurant after being on vacation for 9 days. Yeah, I know that sounds crazy, but we were looking forward to our usual Friday evening fare. The steak fajita's were fantastic as always and the shrimp appetizer was just the right size. Service was impeccable. Beverages were filled and margarita's consumed. Can't ask for more from a familiar Friday night."

"We love everything about this place. The food is fantastic. Everything we've tried is delicious. The service is superb. And, don't forget the guacamole and salsa with the fresh made chips...not from a bag folks! For dessert try the Aztec Mousse. It's not the fluffy pudding-like dessert you're used to. It's a decadence all it's own. You can share, but I'd get my own if I were you."

"The inside restaurant is great, the outside patio and back room are mixed at times. The inside restaurant often has a long wait list. The back room is usually available, but service is mixed - sometimes VERY slow to the point where it takes 30 minutes to get a drink, and after 90 minutes no food after being promised it was up next for over an hour. Guacamole is awesome, as well as most of the food. Music is usually good too."

"We went for an early dinner. We stuck with our standard menu items, steak fajitas and queso fundido, and everything was just wonderful. Service was great too. We were surprised as to how busy it was getting when we left for a Sunday evening, so be sure to Open Table even if you think it would normally be a slow night."

"Wonderful food with excellent service.I almost always stick with the steak fajitas which never disappoint. The veal quesadilla is a favourite of the hubby as is the skirt steak. Wonderful!"

"The food was fantastic as always and served quickly. Server had an attitude when we produced a coupon, then made it clear we needed to clear the table. Don't know why. We were there approx an hour. It was the slowest I've seen it on a Friday in a long time and no one was waiting in the lobby when we left. We always tip at least 20% pre-discounted amount. So, I don't know where that was coming from. We hadn't been a problem table, even though my meal came out wrong twice and my daughter's cheese dip was cold. It was kind of disappointing, since we had invited friends to join us this time.

"Very little that we ordered was good. The appetizers (cheese dip & guacamole) were the best things we ate. All of the entrees were poorly prepared and sent back to be done over or exchanged for a different entree because they were different than expected- due to poor menu descriptions. The beef from the fajitas was really tough!!!. The server was nice and patient with our many changes in our food due to these issues, but don't think we'll be going back."

"I have tried Cinco several times, and keep coming back to give it one more try. I am always disappointed, and this trip was no exception. It's not that the food is bad, it just does not live up to the reputation or presentation. The final nail was the use of a mix for my Margarita. I give up.
