"Very very nice entrance. Our server was an older lady. Fairly slow and very straight to the point. She could have been alot more friendly or even nice. But she did her job. Our cook was amazing. He kept our whole table entertained and did amazing tricks and even told jokes."

"We were looking forward to eating at this Benihana but our waitress was rude and the service was poor. We had an email gift card and did not spend the entire amount but her response was she could not give us cash back and walked away. The manager said there was nothing they could do when all we asked for was the gift card back so we could use the balance for a future visit. Poor service and we will not return..."

"Took my mom there for Mother's Day. It was our first time. The service was terrible the waitress even told a person in my party to get something herself because it was "too far"!!!! Never has that happened in all my dining experiences. The chef was great and helped make it a decent evening but overall experience and service I cannot recommend. Very disappointing."

"Upon entering the lobby the atmosphere is soothing. The authentic costumes are delightfully uplifting as you follow the hostess to the grill/table. It is nice to able to somewhat face the other guests at your table, it makes for easy interaction with them.
When the chef starts his wonderful display of talents and aah's the guests at every flip and turn it makes for an exciting dining experience in which everyone feels part of.

"The soup seemed to be watered down and the salad dressing different from the Benihana dressing, very tart.
The Chef was great and the cooked food was good but they have cut back, no mushrooms or bean sprouts.
The Hotel used to be a Hilton but they lost the Hilton name and it needs a lot of repair.

"I like to take my children outfit a nice, special dinner for thei birthdays. However, since that meant the extra expense of a dinner for me for each one, we came to a compromise. After one family dinner at Benihana, it has now become a family tradition and their restaurant of choice. The service, quality and experience has always been outstanding, and has now created a fond, family memory that will last for the rest of our lives."

"This place never ceases to disappoint me. I'm not a big fan of being placed into close quarters with a bunch of strangers, but I can make the best of it. Too bad you can't pick who you're seated with. Service is only fair. There are no substitutions on the menu, so you folks that don't eat seafood will have to find someone else to eat your appetizers. Drinks are not bad. Mai tai is good but I don't recommend the Sangria. Our chef was friendly and considerate to requests. Total dinner time is almost 2 hours and it is not cheap. Not good if you have a show planned or want to keep some cash for the tables. Overall, there are many better restaurants to eat at."

"The location is just far enough out of the Strip area to make for easy access. The initial ambiance with Koi fish, walking paths, etc. are great for photos, the staff is very authentic and friendly, the food is excellently prepared. The table chefs are great. Maybe I'm a bit spoiled, but not quite up to par with previous experiences at other Benihana; still they are entertaining. Watch out for the charges on extras though; they can really run your bill up. OVERALL, a very pleasant meal and environment."

"Food was fantastic, hostess was great. The cook was good but all he really did was cook and didn't really put on a show. The table behind me and to the side of me had cooks that were putting on a show. If our cook put a little more showmanship in his cooking it would have been the best experience ever."

"Waiting for the table to get situated took a little time. Since a couple had left for a show that started 30mins before they sat down. Had another couple sit in there spot. But we all had already ordered and the chef was trying to figure that the other couple had left. Getting drinks and salads were slow. Other than that, the chef was awesome. Thanks for the experience chef James!"

"Had a great time at dinner! The show wasn't the best as far as the tepenyaki experience goes but it was still a great time. Food was prepared well to all parties liking. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an out of the ordinary dining experience and willing to spend around $100/couple."
