"We dined at Sagano last weekend. The service was slow and unattentive. Delta claimed that parking fees for restaurant patrons are waived. We mentioned to the lady server Nancy when we asked for our bill about our parking fees and she said, "you should have told me when you sat down". We told her that we did not notice any sign in the restaurant, lobby, or parking lot that we needed to advise our server of parking when we sat down. She shoked her head and left. When she came back with our bill, our parking fee was not waived. My husband and I decided not to go back to Delta again so we did not argue with her. We were very disappointed with their service and the attitude of their server."

"Quite disappointed with this repeat visit. Service was slow and seriously understaffed especially on a day like Valentine's Day! Had to wait at least 20 minutes with no greeting nor eye contact from restaurant staff before I flagged down a running waitress to seat us."

"The dinning room is quite lovely. Tables by the windows have a nice view. We were seated quickly and the dishes arrived in good time.
Quality of the ingredients, especially the black cod, were decent. Executions on the tempura and the beef can be better.
Service is surprisingly NOT what you would expect from a better Japanese restaurant located in a well known hotel. With the price range on their regular menu, one would imagine the hospitality baseline is higher. Water and tea didn't get filled till near the end. The bill showed up before we were ready to ask!
While the view and the food were good, the experience was sub-par."
