The Wild Vine Hideaway has moved just 3 doors up...The new name is Father Natures Hideaway. The Hideaway lives up to its name.
Follow the sound of music Wednesday through Saturday or comedy on Tuesday to discover this hidden wonder. The Mediterranean and Southern style cuisine is nice on the palate, pair it with a glass of Wine or frosty suds for the full dinning experience. The Hideaway boasts Wine varietals and beers from around the World, including some right in your back yard. Tami’s Italian heritage shows in unique dishes and sauces that rotate daily. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and ready to serve you for your next wonderful dinning experience.
"Friday night the weather was warm and beautiful! We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the live music and eating delicious food. The Hideaway was a great way to end our work week and start our weekend off right! The raviolis were flavorful, the salads, ahi and bruschetta were yummy. We'll be back."

Review 2 for Father Natures Hideaway - FKA Wild Vine Hideaway Bistro & Lounge
"The location cannot be beat in downtown Danville. Father Nature's has a woodsy feel and great ambience and the view out the front windows of Prospect Street gives the small town feel we original Danville peeps love. Food is good and the wine list is great. Pricing is appropriate and reasonable. Entertainment with live bands such as Dave Land and the Downtowner's is great."

Review 4 for Father Natures Hideaway - FKA Wild Vine Hideaway Bistro & Lounge
"For years this has been a terrific place for breakfast and lunch. Tammy has extended this to include dinner. The crew seems to feel fondness for each other, so makes for a friendlier place. Business was pretty slow the night we were there, so hopefully they will be able to hang in there. The musicians were a pleasant surprise, tho we ate outside for more quiet for conversation; came inside to finish our wine to listen and recall the days of music at the old Danville Hotel (35 years ago). Good appetizers, entrees, not sure about desserts - next time!"

Review 7 for Father Natures Hideaway - FKA Wild Vine Hideaway Bistro & Lounge
"I have been going here for 20 years and it is sad to see it so poorly run. I take it there are new owners now. I hope things improve, but I probably won't be going back."

Review 9 for Father Natures Hideaway - FKA Wild Vine Hideaway Bistro & Lounge
"My husband & I have been going to Father Natures for years & have always enjoyed their excellent food & service. The servers are always friendly & the food is always very fresh. There are numerous items on the menu to satisfy almost anyone's culinary appetite. We've enjoyed our breakfasts & lunches but have yet to try their dinners. We are pleased to see the change in ownership has not sacrificed any quality in their food or service. We recently introduced some friends to lunch at Father Natures & their reaction was that they would return because of their very positive experience with this neighborhood restaurant."

Review 10 for Father Natures Hideaway - FKA Wild Vine Hideaway Bistro & Lounge
"We've been there a number of times for breakfast/brunch and it has always been wonderful - good food, great service. It is fine for outdoor dining in appropriate weather. Their sausages are wonderful and unusual - very interesting seasoning. They have "shed" combos that take care of you if you can't decide between eggs and pancakes, waffles or french toast. Corned beef hash is very good."
