Buca di Beppo serves authentic Italian cuisine in an eclectic, vintage setting. Our dishes are served family-style, meant to be shared by everyone at the table. Two sizes are available: BUCA SMALL feeds up to two and BUCA LARGE feeds up to four. At Buca, guests delight in our lively atmosphere, enjoy the classic tunes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and admire our décor, including family photos and candid shots of Italian-American icons, such as Sophia Loren and Joe DiMaggio. "Buca was WAY over booked this holiday! As we waited over 45 minutes to be seated we saw NUMEROUS parties storm out and all sorts of drama from the people who waited a half hour or more to pick up carry out orders. The hostess was getting contrary instructions and sometimes she told walk-ins they could get a table in two hours (I doubt that) and sometimes she turned them away (good idea). Once we got a table things went smoothly- our waiter warned us the kitchen was running slow but our food came out pretty quickly."

"We celebrated MD and my daughters birthday. When the seated us at our table the waiter immediately wished my daughter a happy birthday. It was my first visit with my family and we all loved it. The service was great and the food was excellent and we were treated to a song and a colosal brownie sunday with candles for her to blow out. It was very memorable. We can't wait to go back for Father's Day."

"Overall, as usual, this is a good restaurant that provides a lot of quality food. Our server was really good. The only issue that I had was that we had a senior citizen with us, and they did not provide quality, comfortable seating for a senior citizen. Other than that, this is a good restaurant."

"Great dining experience. I realized when I got home I left my iphone on the table. I called and spoke to the manager, Mike. He told me the phone was not there. I asked if he looked and he said the table was cleared and nobody found a phone. He suggested it was taken by a customer. Against the wall in a corner was not easily visible. I told him I was sure the phone was there and maybe one of the staff had it. He said there was no way. I drove back there. My daughter kept calling the phone and texted it that whoever had it better give it back. Finally, a man answered the phone and said he was in the kitchen and would take it to the office. I arrived and manager did not apologize or explain. Just said "We found it". Really?"

"Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. The brownies in the dessert were stale. The chicken was fatty. The meatballs lacked taste. We were there for a special occasion for our son and did not make mention of our poor experience so we didn't ruin his moment. Our company was good enough. Our server was friendly and attentive but dishes oiled high on the table with frequent requests to remove them. Quite expensive for a poor experience."

"Absolutely the worst family dining experience we have ever had. Had reservations for 6:00PM for 7 people, Waited till 6:30 to be seated. Not because there were people still sitting where we were to be seated, but because the table couldn't be cleaned for over 30min! Chrissy our server seemed uninterested in our party, As we were not attended to at all. The table of 6 seated behind us arrived 10 minutes after us, ordered 10min after us and got their food before us, they had some sort of gaff with their order, and half of our dinner was seemingly forgotten. Only to arrive 10 more minutes after asking Chrissy about it. And to add insult to injury, it just got worse and worse. ."

"Have been disappointed the last few visits with the service. The wait staff seems overwhelmed and forgets about tables for long periods of time. Request to waiters go un-fulfilled and the lats visit our order was lost in the kitchen. When the waiter realized it he had it to us on about 20 minutes. This after an already 45 minute wait. He even told us he was almost off and we could take our meal to go. Probably wanted to be sure he got his tip. They have a tenancy to stuff a lot of people in one room especially when there is a large loud group so the rest of us tables wit two or four are uncomfortable. Seems funny because their are other rooms unoccupied or with just a few tables in use."

"We normally LOVE the food and always enjoy the atmosphere. This visit, we did have a few complaints however.
We made a reservation but did not get seated until 15 minutes after, when I brought it to the attention of the hostess that we were still waiting.
Our server was a nice, friendly man but he forgot to bring us bread and one of our main dishes.
The calamari we ordered as an appetizer was overcooked, rubbery and burnt.

The real bummer with having some complaints is that my wife and I had bragged to the other couple we brought, about how great Buca was. It was their first visit, and their anniversary. I'm not the complaining type, we're all human and make mistakes. Sadly, you did not give our friends reason to return."

The waiter was excellent in his estimation of how much food we would need for a group our size (eleven) and the portions were perfect. The staff was fun and the girls had a blast. "The meat balls were great, and rather large. The Chicken Limon was excellent. The Garlic bread possibly the best I've ever had. I would say go, but with one caveat. Make sure to request a table as far away from the kitchen as possible. The staff are neither invisible nor are they as quiet as they think they are. Listening to the conversations of every staff member who think that they are out of ear shot while in the kitchen got rather tiresome after a while during my dinner. The food itself was awesome, and I intend to return at some point."

"The food was amazing and our service was excellent. Admittedly there were some big people in our group but we felt crowded at our table. They were going to seat us at a smaller table but there were plenty of empty larger tables. They were very accommodating about seating us at a bigger table."

"Not very pleased with the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Very noisy place. They sat us near the bar area where people were watching the game and cussing (my daughter is 10 and had to listen to that)Service was adequate at best. Didn't receive a drink refill. Waitress didn't know how many cheesesticks were in a small or large order. She told us 4 in a small order 8 in a large so we opted for the large since there were 3 of us and when the plate came there were 16 on there. Portion size is great for the price but the food was bland tasting and garlic bread and salad come alacarte. Been there done that won't go back :("

"We arrived on time making reservations our hostess was very nice and we were told that there would be a bit of a wait which was not long for a Saturday night. When we sat at our table our son had to leave to catch his soccer game the team was picking him up! the waitress was so quick to make sure his meal was done first and it truly meant a lot to us. We will make Buca di Beppo a restaurant to return to thank you also the food was hot and good.

"Sat next to a large party partitioned off by draperies. We were all adults and I believe kids kept knocking into partitioned drapery wall. That was annoying. Next time, I will request our party be seated in the bar area. Hopefully we won't be distracted by kids whose parents don't reprimand them! Otherwise, everything else was awesome. There should be an area designated for adult parties. Love children, but I guess it's the parents who are the ignorant ones here! No respect for whomever else is in the restaurant."

"Terrible service and the creepiest waiter we've ever had. He made everyone very uncomfortable and stayed around much longer than necessary.
It was almost like an act. Maybe he was practicing for a late night job at Ed Debevic's? Maybe he's the owners relative who can't get a job anywhere else? As we're waiting for him to hand us the check he continues the creep show and comments that he doesn't know why he's doing this job since he's terrible at it.
And how can you have no bread?"
