"My husband and I went for our anniversary. We overal enjoyed the food. Waiter seemed kind of annoyed when I wanted only water. (which they charge $2 for) I have been to a Brazilian resturant in Seattle & Ontario and this one was not as good. Others offered more in the buffet portion. This one was basically a salad bar only pretty much. I wouldn't recommend going just as a couple unless you are huge meat eaters.. I think i would try again with a group of people since you talk a lot more during the meal and would most likely get more of your money's worth."

"Had a great meal for my wife's birthday food was excellent as always and the cooks / carvers were very upbeat, took great pride in their product, and loved the live feedback we gave them, I would love to have them interact more with us beyond offering succulent meats. Note to other diners, grab a small plate of the honey balsamic reduction, we tried a few of the meats dipped in it and had some fantastic results"

"If you enjoy rotisserie meats, this restaurant is an excellent choice. It is impossible to pick a favourite cut or type of meat. They were all very good. The servers quickly remembered how you preferred your meat done. Also, when we missed a round of meat or wanted more of one type/cut of meat, our sever ensured that our request was filled. I do think we ate more signature steak and lamb than any other cut of meat, though. There is a good variety of cold items on the salad bar and we are never able to manage a taste of everything. We loved the mint dressing on the Arugula salad. This was our third visit to the restaurant and we will be returning soon."

"Pampa was okay, more of a meat eaters paradise and I am not that. I was impressed though after the looks I gave the first cuts of meat that were dripping with blood they offered right away to bring around well done meat. I really enjoyed the steak and the salad bar, however the chicken was nothing really special. I was however disappointed that you had to pay a surcharge of $2/person for water, I thought that was kind of tacky for the price you were already paying per plate, and everybody at our table had had alcoholic drinks as well. I personally don't feel I would go back there, but I did feel it was a great one time experience."

"After having visisted a churrascaria in Brazil in March we thought we would compare it with a "Canadian" version and I'm happy to say it was very authentic! The meat was fantastic, the drinks very good, and the salad bar fresh. Can't wait to go back!!"

"My husband and I went for our 16th wedding anniversary. I had been wanting to have dinner there for over a year and we finally had the opportunity to go. The salad bar served up some tasty cold salads among other unique side dishes. The various succulent meats served came around to our table pretty quickly. They were all extremely appetizing. If I hadn't been so full, I could have gone for another round of bliss. The delicious cheese bread puff apps were so comforting as the melted in our mouths. I loved them so much that I'm going to try making them at home. I look forward to the next time we visit Pampa."

"I was at this restaurant once before and knew it was a little more expensive, but didn't remember it being quite this expensive. Charging for water and the amount charged was just too much! To say "No tap water". Really???

"Excellent food but not the full Churrascaria as I knew it in Brazil. The salad bar has no fish of any kind (in Brazil, it includes platters of shrimp, smoked fish, cold fish platters, lobster, etc.) and no dessert bar with lots of options, particularly fresh fruits. In Brazil, the fish and desert bar are both included in the meal price. Apart from these omissions, this is a worthwhile experience - it would be even better if it met the full-scale Brazilian model I have experienced on many occasions in Sao Paulo."

"How will I be able to go back to regular steak houses now? Randomly found this on the web & decided to Birthday splurge with the family. People will say that it can be on the pricey side but you really get what you pay for. ALL YOU CAN EAT MEAT… nuff sai-nope, freshly grilled meat coming nearly non-stop to your table as well as always having warm and seasoned meat provided for you will satiate any carnivorous cravings. The little details and special touches, which you find out on your own, really made the experience great. Definitely should try this restaurant at least once in your life.
Side note: Dined on a Tuesday so there was less people traffic and competing mouths then on a weekend crowd, so I highly recommend a long weekday dinner."

"We really enjoyed the roasted meat, you have Rib Steak, Lamb, Pork Sausage, Sirloin Steak, Rumb Roast, Roasted Chicken Legs and Bacon Wrapped Chicken......you really do have to love meat. Wonderful Service, they bring the hot meat choices right to you and you decide how little or how much and they do not stop until you say - enough. "I had heard all sorts of good things about Pampa, so I decided to try it. To keep it short and sweet:
- The food was amazing: The selection of meat is awesome and delicious. Their appetizers are scrumptious, and the salad bar is a good cleanser between meats.
- The price is high: You will find a way to spend lots of money. I went with 2 other people, and we only had 3 drinks besides water, we spend over $200. Also, they charge you for their "filtered" water.
-Experience = good: Overall I was more then happy with the restaurant. As a "meatatarian" and a male I thoroughly enjoyed overstuffing myself. That said, it is a flat fee entree environment, so if you are a light eater it's probably not going to seem even close to worth"

"The food and service were both great! My wife and I went to celebrate an anniversary and along with my reservation I had some flowers delivered to the restaurant that were waiting at our table. The food comes fast and is continuous so make sure you are really hungry. The waitress and manager did visit with us several times to make sure we had a chance to sample all the different types of meat they were serving and sent the cuts that we had missed or had not been by.
This is a pricey restaurant so be prepared to spend $60 to $80 per person.
My wife loves this restaurant and we do plan to come here for many more special nights."

"If you want lots of meat and a different dining experience, then Pampa Brazilian Steakhouse is a great find. The salad bar is a nice compliment to the carnivore experience and because we had an excellent server who truly made the experience memorable, we'd likely come back again (but on a quieter night only).
The only downside was the noise level. We had to pretty much shout to talk across the table and often couldn't hear the server. There was a big group of boisterous adults and that didn't help but I think at least the staff could have put this group in a corner, away from everyone else or they could have asked this particular group to keep the noise level down. Our ears were ringing after we left the restaurant - not so good."

There was a big group of boisterous adults and that didn't help but I think at least the staff could have put this group in a corner, away from everyone else or they could have asked this particular group to keep the noise level down. "We had reservations for two upgraded to four with no issues thank you for that. Had to wait for our table though when we got there for 20 min.had to ask for water.
Was disappointed with purchasing a bolttle of wine and having to pour it my self. Just made it seem like a less eloquent of a place to eat at for the price we paid
Food was good though servers/ meat slicers didnt seem to enjoy their job , they did seem very friendly Chef walking around wasn't sure what her role w to be."

"We made reservations and didn't get seat for almost an hour! Food was good but lamb had a funny taste. Friday April 19 was unorganized, seats being dragged for seating at the bar, ( we were standing at the bar having drinks when we were pushed out of the way, not even ask to move. No place to sit while waiting almost an hour for our table. The they made us a make shift table right in front of people entering restaurant. They kept asking if the manager came over to speak with us but no one ever showed up. Even when we brought it up with our server nothing was done to see the manager or even a round of drinks or an apology !"

"Found the food very expensive for the quality. As soon as we finished eating and were given our bill, we were told we would need to move to the bar, which has no chairs. So essentially our evening ended as soon as we paid our bill. I also tipped over my $10 piña coloda, and the waitress offered to scoop the drink back into the glass but would not replace the drink. Very poor experience overall, and likely wont be returning."
