"A friend suggested Carve for a ladies night out. We had Roy as our server, and he took care of our every whim. Our table shared the delicious spinach salad, along with capresse. There was a scallop special ordered (with linguine), a rib-eye, and salmon. The breads served are to die for, both salads were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon, and my friend didn't notice that I'd snagged a piece of her rib-eye. It was absolutely delicious. The meal was extremely reasonable and plentiful. With 2 cocktails each, salads, entrees, and a la carte veg, oh, and dessert...we ordered two for the table...creme brulee and a chocolate extravaganza cake, the bill came in about $70 per person including a healthy tip for our amazing service."

"For local casino restaurants, Carve is surely a gem.Good food, good service, and respectable ambiance. Can't go wrong here. Party of 4. Server was Roy. Two filets and two scallops. Cooked well, presented well, tasted great. Recommend the sweet potato and the heaveanly chocolate cake."

"The appetizer list was ALL seafood, except snails. Nothing we liked (being alregic to seafood). The garlic mashed potatoes were very "oniony", not garlic flavored. The filet was ok, kind of dry, especially for being cooked to medium. I will say the service was very good. However, I was not impressed at all with the food, escpeially at those prices, and I would not go back. There are a LOT of better places to eat in Las Vegas for a lot less money."

"Our meal got off to a really bad start with an escagot appetizer that was not cooked properly and a sauce that was sour in taste.
Our waiter Roy, whom we always request removed the item and brought us a shrimp scampi app quickly. We shared a caprese salad with a great balsamic reduction and an anchovy flavor ceasar salad. Our entrees were great we all opted or italiand dishes that night having chicken picata and marsala. All great meals. We look forward to our return."

"Absolutely excellent all the way around. Excellent service, food, and atmosphere, It can get a little pricey, BUT that is okay when you expect it. Everyone was very attentive, NOT hovering. Prime Rib was excellent, my wife's dinner of Filet and Lobster was a total ' "thumbs up". I would recommend this to any one!!!"

"They were out of every red wine on the wine list, with the exception of a couple cheap wines we would never choose to drink. We had a Merlot because that was really all they had. The lamb chops were very well done when I ordered them medium rare. The aspargus tasted like it was microwaved, and the potatoes (garlic mashed and mashed) were poor. I cook better meals at home. We tipped our waiter 20% because he was so apologetic and nice, but the food was extremely poor. I would never go back to this restaurant."

"It was horrible service from the very start. I had to send my steak back 3 times and gave it to my dog when I got home. Every person that we saw leaving had a major complaint. The food for me was completely free from comps earned. But I would never go back free or not."

"Our first visit four months ago was pleasant and we enjoyed the food and service. We were looking forward to returning, but. We were disappointed our second visit. The lamb was small and dry and garlic potatoes were dry also. We had to asked for more butter from the bus, did not receive, then asked our waiter and was told he'd tell the bus girl. Received butter 10 minutes later after first asking.
After leaving we realized we had not received our asparagus, although ordered and paid for. My husband said the escargo sauce had too much mustard and was displeased.
I did think the lobster bisque was delicious.
May try you again in the future, but, there are other restaurants we would reserve as first choice.."

"We were seated at a table that still had the table cloth on it from the previous people. There was no effort to change this. There were no nakipns, silverware or water glasses on the table and when silverware was brought it was not the right kind we needed. After we were served the waiter never returned to ask if everything is OK and do we need anything more. When I order a glass of wine I expect a full glass not a quarter or less of a glass. It cost a lot for less then a quarter of a small glass. The food was quite good, but we will not recommend the service to our family or friends. I did not get the name of our server, but he seemed to be suffering from a cold with bad sniffles."
