"This is one of our favorite greek restaurants around. We have been there several times but this is the first time we sat on the patio. We were celebrating Mother's day and had a great time and the food is always top notch as well as the service."

"We always have a wonderful time at Mykonos Taverna and this past Sunday was no different! We've been eating there fairly regularly for the last 3 years and always find something new and delicious on their menu. Now that we've started dinning there with our two little ones we have even more fun. The staff is always super accommodating and our adventurous little eaters enjoy the Greek specialties that come to the table. Opa!"

"The food was very bad! The potatoes tasted awful and one member of our party could not eat her entrée. It took 50 minutes to get our entrées and our server stood at the table behind us and talked all evening. Our tab was $105, that about $104 too much."

"Visited Mykonos Taverna on our way to downtown museums on a Saturday for lunch and found amazing, authentic Greek cuisine and superb service! Wonder if some of the previous food reviews that are less complimentary are due to diners' having experience with much more common "Americanized" Greek recipes and restaurants. If you know true Greek food, this is the place to find it in Atlanta! We will definitely return for more!"

"The staff at Mykonos was GREAT! This was my first time at a Greek resturant and although the staff and management were very helpful, my family and I were not a big fan of the food. My son was celebrating his 21st birthday and he enjoyed the pineapple shots and getting to break his plate."

"We went for Valentines Day 2013. The food was decent. The staff was wonderful and brought a rose and souvenir plate for my wife to keep, which was a nice touch. Didn't care for the traditional Greek chicken lemon soup, and the chicken kabob was okay. The spanikopita was really good, as well as the Greek beer I tried. My wife likes reisling, but they did not have a good selection of sweet white wines. Hard to find a restaurant with such great service, unless you wanted to break the bank and choose a $$$$ restaurant. The atmosphere was great too. Will definitely visit again to try other authentic Greek dishes."

"Drew was a very personable host. Our server was nice and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The food was good but chocolate muse cake, the outside cake layer was dry, but the muse and inside layers were good.

"The food here is fantastic. We have enjoyed dining here on a number of occasions & will be back. Service seemed a bit slow hence 4 stars. We ordered the gyro & were very satisfied. We also ordered the meatball appetizer & enjoyed that as well; there were 5 slightly larger than a golf ball so great for sharing."

"just ordered light meals. Portions are VERY large.... Avgolemono (lemon chicken soup) could use more lemon. Dolmodes were very bland. Could have used a sauce.... Gyros are impossible to hold-- to unwieldy.
They were very kind to give birthday plates, as we were celebrating two birthdays...."
