"Although I visited on Mother's Day, the food service time was VERY slow. We had reservations for 7pm, and were seated immediately, however it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. Three of the four diners at our table ordered the house specialty (the woodfired rotisserie chicken) which was excellent, however to wait as long as we did, was unnecessary. The wait staff made up for the delays by providing deserts, which helped make up for our time.
Additionally, the ambience of the restaurant was very loud to the point you couldn't hear across your own table. This might be due to the poor acoustics in the restaurant, but even when the crowd was subsiding, the noise levels didn't."

"I have stomach trouble, so hard for me to eat out. To rule out spicy menu items I question the server up front so I don't need to complain or send food back. I ask them to overcook vegetables so not raw or al dente. Issues: 2 breads were served- 1 w/ hot peppers & other very sweet w/ chives; baked potato soup was full of white onions & topped w/ green onions; sautéed spinach was cooked w/ red onions; guacamole (on top of fish) was full of white onions (but the best tasting item); shrimp garnish was blackened (spicy hot); redskin mashed potatoes were full of black pepper. And, lastly, the grilled zucchini had burnt black stripes, but barely cooked. The waiter attempted to get answers and my husband's steak was good, so I gave 4 stars anyway."

"My friends and I go to lunch once a month. Lately we've made Copper Canyon our "regular" spot. The food is good, reasonably priced, and reliable. The menu provides lots of options which serve us well since somebody is always on some kind of diet. The service is always friendly and we never feel rushed."

"This was our first time to this restaurant and my husband and I each had the beef tenderloin. It was outstanding - his without the blue cheese and cabernet sauce, mine with - and our server was very sweet, didn't try to oversell us on specials or other special menu items and was very knowledgeable. "I've been to Copper Canyon Grille before, and really enjoy it everytime. I ordered the meatloaf, which was wonderful! I'd definitely get it again. This is a very low-key, romantic, but friendly and fun atmosphere. We had an infant with us, and they were very accommodating. This is definitely a good choice for family dinner, date night, or just because."

"Have read mixed reviews about the service, but when we were there, it was very good. The manager was walking around and personally making sure all tables were catered to. Crab cakes were very good and their salads are bountiful. Ask for a booth by the window, even though it is of the surrounding office spaces, but has a nice ambience to it (a small lake to look at)."

"This was our first time dining at Copper Canyon Grill, and we were very impressed. Our wait staff was attentive but not bothersome, the food was incredible, and the ambiance felt cozy even though the main dining area was filled with booths, tables, and other customers. Our sons are now at the age where they enjoy good tasting food, freshly cooked meals, and a nice blend of spices and flavors. Copper Canyon Grill, with their "scratch" cooking, certainly gave our tastebuds a wonderful experience."

"This was our second visit to Copper Canyon, and an even better experience. We wanted to spend Valentine's dinner with our 11 & 8 year old sons, and this turned out to be an excellent choice. We made an early reservation at 4:30pm. We arrived a few minutes early and had a large booth that made dining very comfortable. The steak special, with chimichurri sauce and broccolini, I had was perfect! My oldest son had the ribs and chicken dinner and said it was the best chicken he'd ever eaten. The desserts were decadent, and after 3 delicious bites, we asked to take the rest of our treats home with us. The service was outstanding. Our server, Bobby, was fantastic with the boys, and we all had a great speicial evening out."

"We had been once before and enjoyed our food. This time we ordered the potato soup and quesadillas and Mac and cheese from the starters and just split the entree. All of the starters were really good. We recommend the quesadilla especially. We were disappointed with the lack of flavor in the rattlesnake pasta though. The service was great. Overall we would return and just order a different entree. We recommend this place."

"I was surprised when I put down that we were celebrating my husbands birthday that he did not get a free desert or something. We did not want singing that some restaurants do and we were happy that did not happen!"
