Brickyard Gastro Pub was designed in 2009 by owners Patrick Burke and Gavin Bradley. It has become the perfect place for a fantastic Happy Hour with daily cocktail and draft specials accompanied by a savory bar menu.
The Craft Beer seeker will never be far from home with our extensive local, domestic and imported draft selections. But this is only half the story.
Our “Gastro Pub” menu features local, organic and sustainable foods whenever possible and is paired off with some fabulous craft beers. Sourcing locally is near and dear to our hearts. We source cheese as well as our grass fed all natural meats from NY State, organic produce from NJ, NY and PA and we follow Monterey Bay’s Seafood Watch Program only sourcing sustainable seafood. Our commitment to sourcing locally has even brought us to Amy’s Bread just a few blocks down. Cheers & Bon appetite!
"I loved the fact that it was moderately priced and delicious. There were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed what they ate. Our waitress was very accommodating. My Bison burger came out over done and she had a new ordered immediately. Relaxed pubby atmosphere to go before going to a show."

"We went to Brickyard to grab some dinner between shows and it was a great place to relax for a bit. Dinner was tasty - we had the filet medallions and the sauces were delectable. The brandied peaches over vanilla ice cream was also a winner. They have a very nice upscale beer menu, but also a good bar and wine list."

"Service here was excellent..Burger fantastic and I like when they let you have salad or french fries..nice to have the option. Truffle Mac and cheese really good and for a drink the Moscow Mule..yum! Casual pub atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and go to again."

"Always a pleasant experience! Ask for Dierdre - she designed a beer flight perfect for my taste and the food I ordered. Considerate service - well-timed and relaxed - made this a great night out. We will return!"

"Food and beer was good. Service was spotty as one persons order never made it in, so I got my meal 20 minutes before my lunch date. No biggie, but not ideal. Will try it again."

"The burgers were outstanding. The beer selection should be more varied ie:international selection was limited. Overall, a nice experience at very reasonable prices."

"Bartender is fantasic. She is very attentive and made very good reccomendations for both beer and food. Good place to watch a sports game. The burgers are the best in the area I think."

"We were late for our reservation and a phone call secured our table! A busy restaurant with Good service. Gluten free menu with good options close to theaters. The food was good and no reactions! I would love to see them add gluten free buns for the hamburgers and gluten free desserts would be a bonus."

"We were there on a Sunday for brunch, with a 12-year-old, just before Wicked, and it was practically empty. Our reservation was at 11:30, but as it got later, the bar side did start filling up a little more. My french toast was fantastic! Our son ordered the Irish breakfast, which I suspected would be a mistake for him, and it was. The black pudding was a little too different for him, but my husband ate it and loved it so it didn't matter. He also didn't like his Irish bacon, which was more like Country Ham, and I ate that and loved it, so it didn't matter. But, he liked his eggs. He loved his juice (they mixed pineapple and orange for him). Service was great. Our mimosas were great. Loved it!"

"I was delighted to see organic beef for the hamburger. The homemade ginger beer was fantastic and our waiter was smiling and so pleasant. A great place for a quick meal before the theater."

"Pre-theater with two pre-teen granddaughters who don't eat anything plus a gluten-avoiding spouse, and everybody LOVED it. The kitchen accommodated everybody. Food was excellent (duck breast, boar chop). Also, imaginative sides like sautéed kale with speck, truffled fries, mac & cheese, and yummy desserts (bread pudding with bacon creme anglaise and a brownie without the brownie).Service was attentive and made us feel like they cared whether we enjoyed ourselves. All in all, can't wait to go back!"

"Took some out-of-town colleagues to Brickyard for a casual lunch and we all loved it. Fantastic food, nice service. Sliders and artichoke dip are excellent. I want to go back when I can sample all the beers!"

"Like many NYC bars it has a fine selection of bottled and draught beers, but I would say the food is better than in many of its competitors. We only had burgers for lunch but they were really pretty decent burgers - extra credit for not going down the over-trodden and much less tasty brioche route. Burgers were part of the lunch special so very good value. Nice bar, well fitted out, very decent service, very decent food a very easy four stars."

"Beer list was great. Misinformed and not clear on how flights are priced. Food was average. We wanted a quiet place away from the bar but ended up being the table forgotten about. Server was barely there and not really helpful. Waited a Long time for our check and to be greeted. On the reservation i put a special note that we were celebrating my boyfriends birthday and it was not even acknowledged. Let down."

"My husband and I enjoyed the Brickyard Gastropub on our recent visit to NYC. We were looking for a reasonably priced place to eat in Manhattan, and this definitely fit that criteria. We both had hamburgers. They were good - not great. I thought there was too much bun for the amount of meat. Tasty enough, though. My husband drank a local beer which he said was excellent. The restaurant was full and noisy with a Friday-night crowd. It looked like there were lots of regulars enjoying their meals. Cheerful and comfortable atmosphere."
