"Was our first time going here, the food was amazing! I'd definitely recommend the build your own burger option! Our food came out very fast. The only problem was our waitress Stephanie C. It took 15 minutes for her to bring our refills, and over a half hour for her to run our card. We had a clear view of her standing around and talking with her co workers. My wife even attempted to wave her over politely but no response. A table that came after us and finished after us, even handed in their payment after us were able to get cashed out well before us. If not for the great food we definitely would not go back there. Give it a try but I'm warning you if you get Stephanie, Politely request to be moved or another server."

"We had a good time. There were a ton of families there but it didn't seem overwhelming in terms of noise. Our server was observant and not pushy. It is basic but good. We had reservations and our table was set and ready for us when we arrived. Fun for a Friday night for sure. Good idea to have outdoor seating but the weather was not conducive to it. We will request it next time."

"We took our kids for dinner on Mother's Day. The waitress was great however, I noticed many wait staff watching TV and not very professional. The food was good but I did not get what I ordered and the to go items (Beer Cheese soup (was overly spicy) and the chili was not eatible due to them putting cheese on top and I requested that they take it off.
We would go back but would have to make sure the food was correct."

"We went for Mother's Day because my mom's favorite is burgers. She picked it. We had a party of 12, very accomodating for our large party. Great and knowledgeable server. It took a bit long for bar drinks, but once they arrived they were very good! The food was good but not great. Didn't particularly enjoy the fries...a bit greasy and small, but ok. Had the Bison burger...that was wonderful! Highly recommend that one! My husband didn't order fries, but he got them anyway and were charged for them. He also ordered cheese and didn't get any, but for a party of 12, it was pretty good."

"The male host seemed to be taken aback that I had made 2 reservations, one at 6:45 for 3 teenagers and one at 7:00 for 3 adults, for my party. It seemed to really bother him that the 3 teens would not be sitting with the adults. One of the female host was very helpful and kept stating that it was a non-issue and she would seat us the way I had made the reservations. The male host talked among his co-workers about it. I finally stated that we would be spending money at both tables so I was not sure what the big deal was. We were seated apart, thanks to the female host. At 7:15 I was called on my cell phone by the male employee wanting to know if I was coming in to the restaurant.. Overall it was a good experience."

"Exceptional food; I recommend the Cubano burger. Super friendly hosts and server. My friend and I ordered malts, and the one they brought to me was not what I ordered. When I asked for a replacement (I didn't make it a big deal) they brought me the one I originally ordered and took both of our malts off of our bill. I've always liked Burger Jones but they continue to impress. I highly recommend them!"

"My husband and I had heard mixed reviews regarding food and service but were pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good. It was nice to have a choice of burger sizes (i.e., Junior Jones and Original) and choice of some free toppings and some at additional cost. Although the strawberry shake sure looked pretty, I've had better tasting shakes elsewhere. Our server was amazing! She was friendly and outgoing but not over the top. She payed special attention to our young son, which is always important to us, and she checked in at the appropriate times."

"Burgers were good, quality meat used. A little "over the top" and expensive. Not really for the calorie counter, but it's a burger joint. Sweet potato fries were my favorite; great with the chipotle aioli. Jalapeno poppers not worth it. Service is slow and staggered. Didn't know if we were supposed to go up front for the check or if the waitresses would bring it to us. She eventually brought it over."

Didn't bring appetizer plates, forgot blue cheese for wings, didn't collect the menus, didn't clear appetizer plates, etc. But hey, it was St. Patty's day! "My wife and I love the shakes. Burgers, fries, sandwiches are all great as well. We went there with some friends the other night for shakes and because they took so long to come out, the waiter comped the shakes. We made sure to leave a nice tip. They can get busy at night, so it's great to have a reservation."

"My wife and I had never been here before. We had heard really good things about it. The overall experience was good. Great bar and the service was okay. The cheese curds were good, but not great. I really like the homemade ketchup. The burgers, while having creative toppings that tasted great, the meat itself was not the best. I feel that the meat is the most important part of a great burger. So, I would say on a scale from 1 to 10 that the burgers were a 6. The avocado mayo was amazing! I thought the best part of Burger Jones was the great draft beer selection and hard milk shakes. Definitely, order a hard milk shake. I would recommend it to people and I feel most would enjoy it more than I did. Will give it another chance."

"This was my first time at Burger Jones. It was recommended by friends and my husband and I were out for date night and the food, service and atmosphere were all top notch. The waitress was friendly and quick to offer up suggestions. It was packed so a bit loud but a fun energetic atmosphere for sure. I would highly recommend the bacon, cheeseburger and fries as well as the turkey burger. Everything I ate was great and I will definitly return to BJs in the future."

"We had a party of six. Arrived during a peak time -- glad we made reservations! We had the fry sampler with various dips. The regular fries you can get with a burger were crispy and delicious as well. Love the avocado mayo. Our group also ordered build your own and a couple of the specialty burgers. Everyone was happy with the choice of traditional and creative toppings offered. The food is a huge step above most burger joints and sports bars. There's also enough variety to satisfy adults, children and picky eaters."

"I have been to Burger jones a few times. It seems a little expensive when you think of it as a "burger joint", but it is more than that. All of the food i have had there was very good. "Overall the food was good although we had three in our party and all burgers were overcooked. For a restaurant that is known for it's burgers and that's the staple menu item, I would have expected that they would be cooked correctly. You can order pink or no pink and the "pink" burgers were charred. Good flavor though."

"This was our second visit in one week. Both times were very pleasant experiences. The food was very good. The wait staff was prompt. Despite being quite crowded the first time, we had plenty of room at our table. It is very comfortable and they have great french fries."

"I was really hoping to like Burger Jones more than I did. I love the vibe and atmosphere. The food wasn't as good as I had read/hoped it would be. The bartenders and hostess stand girls were wonderful. Our reservation was seated on time. We had a table of six and some of the orders were forgotten.
