"I've used Deep Fork in the past for special occasions and found the food and service excellent. However, this time the service was below my expectations as was the quality of the food. I had to have my steak sent back since it was too fatty. The veggies were under cooked and the risotto stiff. I had to ask the wait person for coffee refills.

It was my wife and my 50th Wedding Anniversary and I put that information on the information for my reservation. No acknowledgement of that occasion was mentioned. I hope that you will attempt to improve your food and service since it was one of my favorite to celebrate special occasions."

"A very pleasant surprise. Four diners, four entree selections all were very good. The only complaint was the chicken in the Chicken Marsala was overdone. The service was a bit stilted (no humor at all) and slow at times but accessory staff was very happy and helpful. Over all a nice Sunday evening with friends."

"I normally totally enjoy Deep Fork Grill. BUT I booked this about a month in advance of Mother's Day after reading their brunch menu, which was priced very reasonably. I double checked our reservation by phone, and a few days before Mother's day reviewed the menu online AGAIN. Much to our dismay, after arriving and being seated we found out there was a PRE FIXED MENU that day for $35 per person. I had guests with me that were paying for themselves and was totally embarrassed and humiliated.
This should have been on their website and should have been made clear on the phone. I love Deep Fork but this was inexcusable! And truly, the menu did not warrant that pricing."

"The service was good as were the appetizers. All of the entrees were very poor. Steak was not even as good as a Western Sizzler and the shrimp were very dry. The sea bass was oily. Very dissapointed in the quality of the food. Even the kids steak was well below par. I had company business with people from out of town and we were all very dissapointed."

"Made a reservation and still had to wait for our table. We were eventually seated at a very small table close to a large party with a lot of kids. My wife's chicken was dry and my steak was not worthy of the price. It looked liked someone took a meat tenderizer to it after it was cooked. It did not resemble a center cut black angus sirloin. This was our 27th anniversary and were looking forward to a quiet well prepared romantic dinner and evening...for the money the food was not good at all. Deep Fork = Deep Disappointment"

"My husband and I are very picky eaters. We have tried lots of places that people have said were good but we did not like. But we loved our food here. He ordered the wild caught Alaskan Salmon, and I got the 7 oz fillet. My steak was so juicy and tender. He loved his fish. We were about 15 mins early for our reservations and were seated in the back room at a private booth. The only problem with that was the VERY, VERY loud table of about 10-15 people that were very close to us. Our server Jason was very nice and even congratulated us on our anniversary that we were celebrating. I would highly recommend getting the strawberry cake...it's SO GOOD!"

"Me and my sister decided to treat our parents to a thank you dinner for all their help with a rent house that me and my sister were moving into. Great place, but don't go during graduation if you are small party like ours! We were seated in the middle of three separate graduation groups and it was a little bit awkward!"

"My Mother's Day brunch was not nearly as appetizing as their regular brunch. No vegetarian gluten free options available. What happened to an omelet?! No one wants a salad at 10 am. I was very disappointed after viewing their normal brunch menu that sounded awesome, to be shown the limited menu."

"We booked our party in advance for Mother's Day. Waited 20 minutes past our reservation time, took 30 minutes to take our order after seated, another hour until first course of salads arrived. Restaurant ran out of bread they were serving so had to get some other bread. Menu's were printed on poor quality paper and ink had bled so much you couldn't read all of menu. Food served incorrectly, waitress notified and didn't apologize or do anything to rectify or improve situation. Highly disappointed on spending $300+ for a family meal on Mother's Day, for the worst restaurant experience in our life. Table was on a slope. For a restaurant with reservations in advance, there is no excuse to run out of food or be understaffed for Mothers Day."

"I took my mother and family there for Mother's Day. 3 out if the 4 meals we got were inedible. The saddest part was our server didn't even care about our reaction when we complained.

My mother had a salmon dish, it was mushy and the sauce was overpowering. My wife got the margherita pizza with light cheese, it arrived with cheese overload. We mentioned it as the food was delivered, the manager said he would fix it and it would take 8 minutes. She didn't get the second pizza until after we were finished with our food. When the second pizza did arrive, she said it was terrible.

I had the ribeye, I asked for medium. There was a hard, black crust over most of the outside. It tasted nothing but burned.

The bread (rolls) were good."

"This is the highest rating I have given a restaurant in a long time. Everything from salad to desert was excellent as well as the service. There were four in our party. "My husband and I took my mother to Deep Fork Grill for the special Mother's Day Brunch. The service was top-notch. Water, tea and coffee re-filled pronto and the food was delicious. As crowded as the restaurant was for this occasion, the hostess station, kitchen and wait staff were amazingly efficient. We were all impressed with the menu selections! Every single time we have dined at Deep Fork Grill, it has been a five star experience. Love this place and we'll keep coming back!"

"I have been to Deep Fork many times and always had a good experience. But, this time was awful!! I took my mom, my 89 year old grandmother, and my sisters there for mothers day. We had a late reservation.so that we could miss the crowd and have an enjoyable time. However, we were sat in the corner by where the employees were eating, rolling silver wear and talking loudly. The restaurant was almost empty. Why we were seated there i'm not sure. Our server was awful! He had no idea wat he was doing! He new nothing about the food, drinks or etiquette!! Our drinks were horrible and tasted like they came from a cheap mix. We sent 1 back 2 times and it still wasn't good. The appetizers and soup were cold and the entrees were unsatisfactory!"

"I've not had one bad experience here! Every time I come, the food is incredible and they always give a sample of something to taste while you're waiting for your meal. The servers are polite and attentive and go above and beyond. The prices are good for an upscale restaurant and the portions generous."

"Their was a staff meeting going on in the bar and that lady was very loud. She was explaining about complaints and problems she seen when she returned back from her time off. That was not a good scene!

Our server Ryan was excellent! Friendly, knew the menu and was johnny on the spot.

Food was fresh, hot and presented well.

"We celebrated my 22 year old daughter's Birthday at Deep Fork Grill. Made reservations for 8 and were seated at a round table behind curtatins. David was fabulous and waited on us hand and foot, we could not have asked for better service. The food was wonderful, from the sirlon, to chicken, to shrimp, everything tasted fantastic. We had several appetizers and all were very tasty. It was very quiet behind or curtains so we had no problem chatting amoungest ourselves. The new Blushing Mojito was also delicious.
Even our Valet was great. After we paid our tab, we walked out and our car was pulled up waiting for us...Wow!"

"Did not advise that on Easter only had a pre-fixe menu, that was very limited and we had to send back dishes because they were not quality tasting dishes and were as bland as poor hospital food. Only had seating in the back and up some serious flight of stairs within the annex, which was difficult for my diabled mother to climb. You would think that parties that have made reservations would not receive such poor seating. Definitely not a good experience."

"Was there for Easter Brunch and enjoyed it immensely. I was particularly impressed with the way they handled the very large crowd. Everyone on staff, including management, rolled up their sleeves and gave 100% to keep service standards. I look forward to trying an evening dinner in the near future. "Enjoyed Easter Brunch at Deep Fork Grill with the family and just may have to make this a tradition. I am glad we made reservations because there were a lot of people waiting to be seated. Between the four of us, we were able to sample a large portion of the dishes included on the three course menu. The Cedar Plank Salmon and Easter Chicken were delicious, as was the Deep Fork Omelet, although it didn't contain any Avocado as indicated on the menu, and the Steak Benedict was the least favorite at the table. The service was incredible despite the fact every table was occupied."

"We love to eat brunch at Deep Fork. We did feel that for Easter is wasn't quite what it usually is. The food seemed to be pre-prepared and thus not freshly cooked for each dish.
The cinnamon rolls were delicious. I think we'll avoid going on holidays."

"From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly and sat at a very nice booth. Waitress and staff were great, never ran out of water and always had bread on the table. The server new all about the specials and dishes that we asked about. A truly great dining experience for my first and not last time!!"

"Food was really good! Angry Peppers for a vegetarian had quite a nice kick to it and my date loved his steak. Our appetizer was also quite good as well! My only complaints would be the odd techno music that was a little on the loud side and the less that attentive server. I do have to say that he did improve throughout the dinner."

"Everyone at my table enjoyed their food very much except for me. I ordered the rainbow trout fillet, and it was very dry. In fairness to the restaurant, it was a very thin piece of fish that likely required only a minute to go from perfectly cooked to overdone. Also, the waitress apologized and offered me a replacement. A manager came up a minute later and assured me that he had examined the dish and it was indeed dry. He assured me that my meal would be complementary and apologized again. What sets a really good restaurant from a merely good one is how they handle problems when they come up. While I obviously wasn't thrilled with the overcooked fish, I would not hesitate to return based on the professionalism they showed in handling it."

"When I made the reservation, I noted it was for a birthday, That was never mentioned, The waiter Robert seemed distracted. Half way through the salads the bread came. I started my meal with coffee and it arrived cold, not even luke warm. Another person ordered wine, It did not arrive and they guessed at which wine was ordered and brought something else.
The previous week we ate at Deep Fork and had a wonderful waiter and I had requested him to be our server and once again, the request was ignored."
