"The experience provided everything that was expected. The food was good and well prepared. The service was great. Everyone was friendly. The music was pleasant, not too loud or too soft. The room temperature was good for a variety of people. The best part was walking in the door and having the table ready... in a steak place...on Father's Day! Thank you, Open Table!"

"A chain steak house. I don't eat steak, but my partner does and she thinks its fine. For the non meat eaters, you have your choice of lobster( overpriced and frozen), shrimp or chicken. We only eat here when we have a coupon( 10.00 off 40.00) because I thinks its way too expensive otherwise. I don't like how they constantly try to upsell you on EVERYTHING. They are relentless in it too. From appetizers to booze to dessert, it verges on ridiculous."

"our waitress was very nice and friendly...was always on point and when needed was there for our needs...good food and good prices for Valencia,ca area...the only complaint I have clled to find the location as was not used to the general area..and the girl who answered to phone could not give directions to this location could only say it was by the very large fountain on the corner...she could have said next to the olive garden that was visible from the street...did not know north south east or west directions or any of the streets in the area to guide us in..."

"Very convenient on-line reservations, comfortable booths for dining.. Would like better seating for happy hour, comfortable booths perhaps. Seems like not enough help for happy hour.

"We eat here once every couple weeks. it's a convenient location for us, and they deliver a consistent experience. This visit was excellent, the steaks were just right and the waitress was patient with my young niece's likes and dislikes when ordering our food. Parking can be an issue sometimes in this shopping center, but it's worth the effort."

"We were there on Easter Sunday and we met family there. My sister was about 1/2 late, as usual, so we ordered appetizers that were delicious! We ended up talking a very long time, we realized later, but we never felt as if our waitress was upset about us taking up the table. We never felt rushed and we had a great time with family. I will definitely go there again. I had the prime rib and I noticed a prime rib special on Wednesdays.....I will be back!"

"We ordered a steak medium well -- came to us quite rare. This is a mistake that shouldn't occur at a Steak restaurant. My elderly father-in-law is too polite to return things to be recooked --- which should not happen anyway... I ordered a side salad which cost 3.95. Very overpriced. Received some tiny slivered carrots - a tablespoon worth and scant purple cabbage. A bit of sad lettuce. It was like receiving a garnish rather than a salad. Asked for butter on the side for baked potato. It came on the potato. On a good note, the waitress was very patience and friendly to our elderly parent. Went to Black Angus on on a fluke.... will probably not return for a very long time..."

"A fine restaurant in the Stewart Anderson tradition, very typical of Black Angus, and what we've come to expect. The restaurant is clean, the service is very good, and the food is delicious and well priced. There is a pleasant ambience and it's not noisy. Our party of 8 had a very nice dinner on a crowded Saturday night. That's why we keep coming back."

"This is a good restaurant if you want a super casual atmosphere and decent food. This isn't Lawry's or Larsen's but it does the job if you need a steak fix. We did the feast for two and had a coupon for $40 (saved $15). Included appetizer, entree + 2 sides per person and one dessert. Was perfect for us! Restaurant is clean and servers are friendly and accommodating!"

"Awesome people. Love that they take reservations. Requested specific seating area and they handled it, even tho it was Valentines Day. Love a server that doesn't keep bugging us and they did that. Don't remember her name but that means a lot to us. She was great. Wish they extended the bar area to the booths. Bar area not very comfortable. Paul, manager great."

"I was pleased that I made the reservation 2 weeks prior via OpenTable. There was a wait of 90-120 minutes for a table (Valentine's Dinner)for any walk-ins. I arrived 3 minutes early to my reservation, and waited all of five minutes. I was seated quickly and had great service."

"The food was exellent and it is great to see that a local resturant has reservations. Everything in Santa Clarita is over an hour wait and I personally will not wait that long for a meal. I will avoid resturants that have an hour or more wait. Being able to book reservations for a couple or a small family is very hard to find at a resturant now adays. Between the food, customer service, nice decor and the reservation option, I give an A+."
