"Although we had a reservation, we were still made to wait about 10 minutes, which was irritating, particularly because we had two elders (one 86 and one 97!) which we disclosed to the seating station staff when we entered. This was the only snag we encountered, however.
The restaurant has a very extensive menu, offering a variety of steaks, prime rib, chicken and fish, singly and in combinations, each with two choices of many side dishes. It also has many appetizers, some of which are enticing enough to be meals, which our elders elected to have for dinner and found substantial. The wine selection was adequate and they also have a full bar.
We were impressed with the attention from our server, who was superb. Definitely returning!"

"Have you ever been to a place where it just feels like they aren't trying to impress you? I did... When I went to this place. Our waitress was almost non-existent, we waited ten minutes just to get our drink order taken, my chicken teriyaki came out as just regular chicken, they brought teriyaki on the side after.... I said I didn't want it anymore and they still charged me!
The place wasn't even very busy.
Food was good, though... But you are paying big bucks for medium fare, at least they should have the decency to treat their guests with more enthusiasm. It's all about the experience."

"This has become one of our favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. The dinner for two is the best deal; gives us a wide variety of choices and more than enough food to eat. The staff is more than happy to meet our needs whether it is to take our steak back to cook more,change our order or even on a personal need. We highly rate the Black Angus with an A++"

"I enjoyed the relaxed feel of this place. I made a reservation for two and although there was a good number of people waiting, was seated immediately. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The garden salad was refreshing. The potato skin appetizer was large enough to feed four to six people. The filet mignon was excellent and cooked to order. Service was well-timed and friendly. I recommend this restaurant for any dining occasion."

"The Hostess was having a bad night, she was short and had very bad attitude, should understand that she should change or she will lose her job. Don't sit people that have taken the time to make a reservation and want a romantic evening, don't sit them next to a group that have a lot of small children .... what a no brainier.... Food was outstanding !!!!! best steak, better then Flemings,Outbacks,Ruth Chris,Mortons.... Could and would of changed our dinner sitting if it wasn't for the outstanding Steaks.....Dessert was Super too, taste was sooo Good..."

"The online reservation system was easy to use. I was able to find an opening within a half hour of our arrival. The food was good, but the vegetable portion was a little small. As for the prime rib, I think too many restaurants are trying for that huge slab of meat that takes up the entire plate. Yours was no different. I would have rather had a smaller, but thicker slice. It was so thin it almost looked sad. It tasted good though. My son had a hamburger which he devoured. My wifes steak was good, but it hadn't rested long enough so blood was all over the plate once she cut into it. The loaded baked potato was delicious, but way too big. The server even commented that it was the biggest potato she had ever seen."

"Our son & granddaughter choose to eat at Black Angus for their birthdays. It was so easy and quick to make reservations on Open Table wesite.Not very many restaurant allow you to use coupons on Saturdays which was an added bonus. We requested seating for a party of seven and were extremely satisfied with the seating area they choose for us. It was private and perfect for all of us."
