"We arrived 20 minutes early and were seated on time.Our 1st waiter was very nice. We told him that it was becoming very hot & muggy as we waited for our drinks. Our 2nd waiter was nice but not very attentive. We told him about the heat raising and asked for manager. We overheard 2 other female waitresses tell the manager all their tables were complaining about the heat and it becoming hotter. The manager replied to the waitress tell the customers :it is body heat."When the manager finally came to our table after 3 request, he simply replied the air conditioner is out of order, The repair company we use is working down the street. No apology. No compensation at all.I'm very dis-satisfied and will patiently wait for a reply."

"The only complaint I have is that the a/c was not keeping the restaurant cool. Our server told us they were trying to lower the temperature and others had also requested the same. Although it was very busy for !other's Day we still received great service."

"By using the online reservation our table was waiting us promtly ay the time we indicated. The server was very good and we did not have to ask for refills because he was thier with then before our glasses emptied. His knowledge of the menu was very good as was his suggestions."

"While service at this restaurant was very good, the food was certainly not the same. I ordered the "full flavored" ribeye. The steak was "okay" at best. However, the sweet molasses bread they serve was not too bad. I certainly do not plan to revisit the restaurant anytime soon."

"This was the first time with my date but I had been here happily before.
My date arrived before me and was seated approx. 7:45 pm per my Open Table reservation. When I asked the woman at the counter if my date had been seated she said no. It took a waitress 10 minutes later to take me to table where she was. I had to flag down another waitress to get a waiter to us. He was seemed a bit inexperienced as he told my order before my date's. Then I asked for glass of wine that took forever. The food was not up to as I remembered it last time. The usually deviously Squaw bread was cold and stale. We then ordered cheesecake but then cancelled because it took too long as we were headed to Sully's Tavern for karaoke and it was now after"

"We felt rushed by our server. The booth we were in was too small for 6people. And it was located right in front for people to see us as they walked in. Not a good choice. "We like the ambience, the big booths, and the service was okay. but...we were disappointed in the food. I don't think the mashed potatoes are very good, and my relatives were not happy with the cole slaw, or the green beans. In fact, the green beans "tasted like fish". Do you fry them in the same fryer?
The steak was okay. I guess I'm used to a little better quality steak from black Angus.
Not sure we would recommend it....we will try it again....."

"We didn't like that we had to wait for our entire party to arrive before we were seated. We had brought flowers to put on the table and when the guest of honor showed up there we sat with flowers and balloons and the cake. It would have been nice if she had been surprised. yes I told them about the cake at the hostess station they didn't seem to care. Tiffany our waitress was wonderful. When we come back we will certainly ask for her!!"

"I was a little disappointed this time with the service. Our server was a little slow but I couldn't tell if he was really busy or what but we ordered an artichoke appetizer and didn't get it until the middle of our meal. We asked the server a couple of times about it and said it was coming but didn't say when. We had also ordered 2 other appetizers which came out right away. We have never had a problem at this Black Angus before."

Service was good. We had a party of 8 and were able to make the reservation in advance and were seated right away when we all arrived.
We were celebrating two birthdays and the wait staff were great and sang and brought out a nice dessert.

"My steak was overcooked - medium well instead of medium rare, and my loaded baked potato was cold. I should have complained but I was with 3 other people and their meal was fine, so I didn't want to send it back and be eating my dinner after they'd all finished.
