"I told them it was very hot inside could they turn up the air but no change. Then my mom ordered a chi chi and they didn’t know what it was. When they brought it to her she said it wasn’t sweet as usual. So I asked if they could please add alittle more coconut juice and she said “I guess” my mom wasn’t happy with her drink plus they charged us .05 cents for the extra splash. Then my son asked for ketchup for his strips and that never came. Asked for sauce for fried zucchini and that came when she had one left. I had asked for bread for my soup but she told me that there was none in the warmer. Our appt was at 12:00 and it was not that full. My bill was over $50.00 and a disappointment. My mom asked if next time we go to elephant bar."

"Black Angus has good food and some good deals with coupons. My only gripe is that part of the 2 sides you have to pick includes the salad. So if you get a salad and baked potato, you get nothing else with your stead....no vegetable.
I just wish the salad/soup was included and you could get 2 more sides, or make a vegetable always included. It's not a complete meal without it."

"I had a great time there for my 40th birthday. The Service was well-timed and friendly. I really liked the high backed semi circle booths and the dimmed lighting but, The food was so boring. The New York Steak was really fatty and tough, it didn’t melt in your mouth like steak should. The bake potato was boring, the garden salad was eh. The house bread was really hard on the outside, it could have been used for a hockey puck and it had no flavor. I would have been a great night if the food was better. Next time, Outback all the way!"

"The reservation system worked great. Our table accommodated everyone including a baby in a carseat. It was comfortable and quiet. Staff was efficient and checked back often. The food was tasty and there were generous portions. We we unsure about booking on Easter Sunday, but it worked out very well. Think we will consider going out on other holidays as well in the future."

"upon arrival, the girl sat us down at a booth, and walked away. We waited approximately 10 minutes, no one came to our table, so I stood up and took the settings from another table, since we had none.
Our waitress finally came and took our drink order, returned with our drinks, then disappeared again for another 10 minutes.
She finally returned and took our order, and disappeared again. We stopped one of the other individuals walking by, I believe it was the busboy, and asked if someone could bring us some bread. Our appetizers were brought out at the same time the soup and wedges were brought out.
We spent $100.00 for our lunch and our service was horrible. You can check that by our credit card receipt. The food was good!!!"

"Was very disapointed with my experience there. I thought it would be nice to have dinner with my family. It was my daughters birthday and she wanted ribs. They could not cook a NY Steak to save their lives. Three times it went back, three times it was cooked wrong. My wife's Salmon was nothing short of bad as well. They didn't bring our dessert out since the Manager said they would not charge us for the meal. It wasn't until my family got fed up for waiting did they realize that they neglected to get it to the table. The waiter was tipped sonce it was no fault to him. But we will nevef go back there again. Very disapointing and disgraceful."

"For some reason, I always equated BA with Sizzler and drove by without thinking about going. So glad I did go. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the garlic cheese bread. Had a 16oz ribeye with the blue cheese/bacon butter. It was outstanding. The menu will definitely not disappoint. Oh and I'm really glad to have made the reservation through open table because it was very packed and the average wait time without a reservation was 45 minutes. Didn't think it would be so busy."

"Awesome is just 1 word I would use to describe our Valentines Day dinner date at Burbank restaurant! Service, courtesy, attentiveness, food all receive 5 Stars. I would highly recommend & will come back again. My wife & I usually eat @ the Nortridge restaurant but were unable to get a reservation- Burbank had a perfect time available! After a short wait, our table was ready & our date was one of the best we had!"

The meal was tasty. Only hiccup was that our salads came literally seconds before our steaks, but our server apologized for that. No worries."
