"This is a great place. Offers you the ability to try so many different tastes, and to get as much as you want of any that you prefer. The Gaucho's are great. Perfect for lunch or dinner, this is my favorite steak restaurant. Perfect for the hungry carnivore. I warn you though, come hungry or you will not be able to taste all of the courses if this is your first time. Salad Bar, great sides, and the cheese balls are outstanding. We look forward to many returns."

"I went to Rodizio for maybe the 20th time on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, this time is probably the last. The food was nothing other than disappointing. The atmosphere was loud and though the wait staff was nice, they were clearly understaffed. I was very disappointed in the entire experience. Sorry Rodizio."

"We came with our family to celebrate my husbands college graduation. The host staff was kind and flexible when we changed our reservation time and the food was outstanding! I especially loved the delicious variety of the appetizer basket and the tri tip beef - it was fork tender. I went home wishing for more of the warm bananas rolled in cinnamon and sugar. I'll be back!"

"This was my first visit, although my wife had been there before. We went to celebrate our anniversary, knowing in advance it was expensive. We had great service, our waitress was very helpful, informative, very cheerful and accomodating, taking time to explain how the whole restaurant buffet worked, along with how the servers with the meat and skewers sort of just flittered about, making it to your table so long as you left the indicator green-side up and they'd stop when you turned it over, red-side up. Quite simple, unique, one of a kind system. We had a great evening, although I thought for the price we paid, it should have been a lot less din in the background, very noisey, but it wasn't the staff, it was the other customers."

"We have come many times for special occasions during lunch and dinner, but this was the worst experience we had. We never received the well done meat we requested due to a pregnant person at the table. We were passed quite a few times over for service. Your location was not that busy during the time of our visit. We are not sure we want to spend thst kind of money for such poor service."

"My husband took me out to celebrate my birthday and celebrate we did! We had gone to a Brazilian Steakhouse in Miami and always wanted to try it again. We thought my birthday would be a great occasion to try. The wait staff and hostess were fantastic and described the system and restaurant very well. We had so much fun with our table and night!"

"Our reservation was for 1:30 and we were not seated until 2:00. The servers were running out of meat before getting to our table. I believe we were served 4 different types of meat. So we paid $18.99 for basically a salad bar. I have been to another Rodizio location which was 100 times better. I had family come in from out of town and wanted to impress them. I ended up looking like a fool. I would not recommend THIS Rodizio to anyone."

"I didn't intend to go for lunch but had to move our reservations up at the last minute. It was nearly 1/2 the price for dinner which was a nice surprise. I don't know if we had a lower caliber of meat choices at lunch, my husband was dissapointed he didn't get lamb. But, i was thrilled to try chicken heart along with the delicious sirloin. The service was a little slow but the ambiance was great and we parked right in front. Hope to come back soon and see how the dinner menu/service differs."

"We had 5:45 reservations and were directed to the bar while our table was made ready which we were told would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes.Strange to wait when we have reservations.I could see empty tables.It took us 10 minutes to get any service for the 4 of us at the bar even when there were seats for us right at the bar.When I did finally get my drink my wine glass was covered in a sticky mess.We were not seated at our table until 6:15. And our table, we found out, was in a completely empty section of the restaurant that they hadn't opened yet and were now starting to fill.I can understand needing more employees to run the new section and waiting for them to arrive to work but you don't make people wait half an hour when you have tables!"

"This was both the most expensive and most delicious meal I have ever had. The salad bar had a few too many choices, but then there were just as many choices for meat (or so it seemed)! This is a meal I will not soon forget and absolutely plan to go again. :)"

"I've been here over a dozen times in the past 4 years. I've gone to several others here and in Las Vegas...By far for the price it beats out Fago and Texas de Brazil. I also sign up for their email list and got a buy 1 get 1 free offer the other night, which ended up costing us ony about 16 bucks a piece for all you can eat me and salad bar. I mean let's be real, I'm not gonna fill up on the salad bar and other fillers, but I have to say I SOOOO luck their sides especially the sweet banana's. mmm..it's like caramelized flambe bananas..Yum. There garlic ribeye is Always a Hit and gets better everytime. Even their rattlesnake sausage was tasty, but I couldn't get past the psychological aspect of the snake....Worth every penny and then some!"

"I first experienced Rodizio Grill The Brazilian Steakhouse,when they first opened many years ago in the Centennial area. Going again, after so many years have passed, I feel the food and staff remain extraordinary. It was mine and my husbands 10th wedding anniversary, with his first time experiencing Rodizio's. He is normally skeptical about new restaurants, but after the first few minutes in there he cannot wait to go again.
In addition, the prices are not overly expensive. I feel it appropriate for all the different types of meat, and other food you get when you choose the Full Rodizio option."

"As Brazilian Steakhouses go Rodizio is one of the best. This night in particular they had some intriguing options including Rattlesnake Sausage, Japanese Wild Boar, Buffalo chili, and Alligator. Neither the wife or I cared for the Alligator, a little to swampy tasting, but if a complaint about alligator is the only negative then you know it's good.
Gaucho's are friendly and always give a little extra if you ask, salad bar is so good its almost a shame to skimp on it to eat more meat, drinks are reasonably priced, and we never wait for a table.
Recommend to anyone in town looking for a good Brazilian style steakhouse. Oh yeah and my wife says she would spend the 37 on just a heaping portion of the glazed pineapple!"

"We had reservations for 7:00 p.m. Saturday night.....my daughter and I usually go to the Rodizio Grill after seeing a play at the Buell Theatre and arrive much sooner. Not your fault, but a Rockies game just let out, Nuggets game just let out and it was prom night. We came from 100 miles away. I have to say it was stressful.....we made it to you right at 7:00 p.m. We sat near the back with allot of high schoolers. Our table wasn't "steady" so had to find someone to "shore" it up. My son-in-law ordered a drink...the glass kept leaking on the table. We found a large crack in the glass. Our server to get him a new glass and drink, but the table was never washed off. I realize the servers were busy, but it came across as caotic."

"My fiance' and I went to celebrate our Birthday. His was 4/11 & mine was 4/2. We were delighted by the efficiency & flow of the staff. Some of the meat was either burnt or way too undercooked for our taste, but over all, it was good.
I made a suggestion for Lamb, but didn't know that that wasn't something they add to the menu when they have the wild meats night. We were told by one server that it it was by special order, which he would take care of. The second server countered that to say that lamb wouldn't happen, but was mistaken. I was impressed that he came back to clear it up, followed by the manager shortly thereafter. Impressive customer service! The drinks were a little inconsistent, but very good. We'll be back!"

"We are early birds 430 pm, so the service was great. Not noisy at that time, but could be when full. A little pricier compared to other restaurants with the same type of fair. Salad bar could have a few more lighter items also. All items seemed of good quality. Staff very friendly and took very good care of us."

"We had SUCH a great time at this restaurant! And the delightful surprise was the food quality was outstanding! I have always felt like Brazilian BBQ was fun, but you paid a high price for less quality food- not the case. The meats were hot, flavorful and delicious and there was a large variety of steaks an wild game. They were absolutely wonderful to my small children (who ate for 5.99 and free). Somehow they struck the perfect balance between fun, classy, relaxing, and kid friendly without being obnoxious. They were absolutely generous in their portioning and someone was always at our table offering us more. Our whole experience was awesome!"

"Just okay. If you compare Rodizio to Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao it falls short. The meat selection isn't nearly as good as either of the other two restaurants in this catagory. No filet, only one pork selection and the salad bar is far short of the others but it's not bad. It's just not as good as it used to be."

"Brazilian steakhouses are always fun during Restaurant Week because they are a great value and they're busy so you really get a variety of meats to try and the service is well paced. The energy of the restaurant is also better when it is busy. I especially appreciate going during Restaurant Week because you get dessert included with your meal. My only quibble would be that it can be cold sitting close to the front of Rodizio during the winter because the cold air comes in every time the door opens."

"The food was ok, does not compare to the other Brazilian Steak houses Colorado has. The service was slow, our server was not happy that we were there for 52.80.
I highly recommend not valet parking your vehicle! They not only left our doors unlocked, but they left the keys in our truck which they parked on the main road in Denver!!"

"A can't miss for carnivores! What could be better than all you can eat meat. This is exactly what you'll find at Denver's first Brazilian-styled steak house.
Its showcase feature is fresh meats cooked rotisserie style on 'swords' and brought out to your table by their Gauchos. They will continue to bring you your fill until you give the signal to halt.
Along with meats, their banana appetizer and deserts are fantastic as well. Well worth a visit at least once or twice a year."

"We enjoy going to Rodizio Grill several times a year for special occasions. The food and service is always outstanding. 5280 is an added bonus.
On the downside, we arrived 20 minutes early and were told that the window table directly across from the waiting area would be ours. No one was sitting there, so it wasn't an issue of waiting for the diners to leave. A group of five came in after we did and after a few minutes they were seated at the table next to ours. Finally, at exactly 5:30, we were seated at our table.We had the same server as the corner table. Five groups came in and were seated ahead of us and the reason given was they had arrived late. Wow, we were punished for arriving early and the late ones were rewarded."
