"Great food. The wait staff seems a bit arrogant and unwilling to make changes to dishes on the menu. Was given a truffle the first time I visited as my afterdinner mint. This time I was given a piece of starlight mint candy. VERY different service."

"View is still great and there are some things to really like. The lunch oysters with the Asian Slaw and the spicy sauce are fabulous. The Sweet potato fires are also a hit.
But what used to be a great crab cake has gone way down hill. Dry - tasteless and served on a huge roll covered in all kinds of seeds, trying to hide the crab cake - which only covers about half the roll along with a sliver of lettuce. The crab cake used to be great so my three fellow diners had ordered it. The only way it was edible was slathering on the spicy mayo from my oysters.
Service was a little shaky also - sitting outside was hot - but had to ask for drink refills and then had to ask for ice when they brought the lukewarm ice tea without ice."

"We dined there right after Chef Fong had won the Fire on the Dock competition - well deserved! The mahi was excellent - tender & tasty. The local cheese appetizer was huge and delicious. We shared it and brought some home! Overall a great experience - not cheap, but worth it."
