"It took well over an hour to get our order and there was at least a 20 minute delay between those of us who ordered off the menu (which came first) and those who ordered sushi. It was obvious that we were the lowest priority of all the patrons in the restaurant as we did not get served the food until the restaurant was empty (literally). We did note that ALL of the patrons that came into the restaurant AFTER WE ORDERED were gone before we received our sushi order. The waiter was apologetic once the food finally came, but I will say that it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had in a while - made even more so by the fact that the food was very enjoyable, but the service dictated that we are unlikely to return...."

"The amount of time for the food to arrive took a long time. When I was informed of this, my colleagues told me that it is the same old same old story that this restaurant is always slow. I then asked why keep coming here, well, the answer is because the food is good. So if you are willing to wait a little longer than normal, it is quite worth it. For the cost of the food it better be :)"

"Horrible experience. Booked a 1:30 lunch reservation for after the conclusion of a business meeting. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing early for lunch and that they needed our order immediately before the chef left. They had been trying to contact me during my meeting--seemed they felt it was my fault that I booked an Open Table reservation at a time they were open and did not answer my phone so they could change it.They sat our business meeting next to the front door in a completely empty restaurant. Service was rude and rushed--wait staff was in their coats ready for us to leave. Food quality was okay at best for cooked dishes. I suspect this restaurant is in trouble and is cutting costs."

"Doesn't disappoint, food and service are excellent. I didn't give it the full 5 stars as I felt the table (with the bench seating) we were seated at didn't give us or the group next to us much privacy to conversations. We've been here before and when seated at a standalone table it's fine."

"The food was really good although a bit on the pricey side. I ordered a chicken teriyaki and the chicken drumstick came in a really huge plate and only a few pieces of asparagus and yam to go with the rice. We ordered sushi rolls too but it was moderately priced. The miso soup however was really good and different than ones I've had elsewhere."

"The sushi chefs are outstanding in making each sushi as perfect as it can be.
Ingredients are top notch. Great place for Valentines or similar.
Service is as friendly as it can be without the servers trying to be your best friends.
We will come back but next time I will call a day in advance so they start a soup that is cooking from the day before, imagine the taste!"
