"The Ocean House at Watch Hill is the most magnificent place you could ever imagine and its restaurant, Season, never disappoints. The food, the atmosphere, the whole luxury-New England vibe ... It's the place I would choose every time for a special occasion, but also for a romantic dinner, or just a wonderful opportunity to have great food and soak in the high-end, beachfront scene (Think Lilly Pulitzer dresses and Vineyard Vines ties). I've been there for fancy anniversary dinners, a quiet brunch with my son and mom, and even afternoon tea. I always leave thinking "If only we could do this every week!" The new owner/investor behind the rebuilding of The Ocean House, a New England gem, is a genius--with impeccable taste."

"I have had lunch at Ocean House twice now. Each time was excellent. The bread they serve is excellent while you wait for your meal. The wait staff was very friendly both times. The food was very good. I did not feel rushed. The inside of the Ocean House is outstanding. We are VERY fortunate to have such a beautiful place to dine at."

"I went to 'Seasons' for Sunday brunch - what an amazing, beautiful hotel in a picturesque location! Their staff is WELL trained on the ART of customer service - everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The brunch was delicious, plenty of items to choose from, and the ocean view, of course, made the experience complete! I don't drink Bloody Marys, but the Bloody Mary 'bar' looked fantastic!
No doubt I will be returning to the Ocean House!"

"My husband's birthday fell on a sunday this year so I decided to take him to the OH's Jazz Brunch. Food was delicious (raw bar, crepes, charcuterie, plated dishes) and service was awesome. We sat, chatted at our window table facing the ocean, and drank mimosas for hours without her rushing us through. I will definitely return."

"At first we were a little intimidated by the Ocean House as we do not partake in fine dining that often, but we were treated very nicely within the first second of checking in with the host. We got drinks at the crowded bar and waited in the more comfortable lobby for our table. Service was incredible - very helpful and perfect timing. I had the seared tuna as my small plate and my husband had the potato soup, we both loved our choices - the presentation was absolutely gorgeous. For our entrees, he had the pork and I had the beef. We agreed mine was overall superb while the pork, although absolutely delicious was a little too rich (and perhaps a little too sweet with the pineapple sauce) for a main course. Will absolutely return!"

"My wife and I are foodie vegetarians. Seasons had standard offerings that met our needs -- always a good sign. The meal was excellent from the amuse onward. I had a smoked potato soup poured into a bowl with a slow cooked egg which was rich, creamy and perfectly seasoned. My wife had a three lettuce salad which was lovely to look (the bite I had was pretty divine). The harvest plate of vegetables was delicious and carefully prepared with each contributing element receiving it own special preparation -- the whole thing pulled together by two velvety purees. Desert was chocolate mousse with a cherry sauce. It was absolutely perfect: perfectly cooked, just sweet enough without being cloying."

"We did the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Although it was expensive, everything was exquisite. Each course was wonderfully prepared. The portions were just right, given that there were so many courses, there was enough to taste and enjoy but not too much. The wine pairings added to the enjoyment of each course. We were 'warned' that most of the wine selections were white and although we usually prefer red, their choices matched the dishes perfectly so we're glad we went with the pairings. Service was excellent, ever so slightly rushed. We should have spoken up to have them slow down a bit between courses, I'm sure they would have been happy to do that. Ambiance was a little more hustle bustle than I expected."

"Great seasonal menu using local products as much as possible. Ocean House is absolutely beautiful with spectacular views. The service is first rate. Everyone from the valet car parkers to the hostess, servers, bus people are pleasant and helpful. Very pricey but for special occasions and a little self pampering worth the expense. One of my favorite places anywhere."

"The Ocean House is a wonderful experience. The view is spectacular and the service is lovely. I have eaten in the restaurant 4 times and have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have been less impressed by the food than I would have expected. Presentation is lovely but the food is not as top notch as the other facets of the hotel."
