Housed in Historic Naples Mercantile Building, Campiello offers inventive Italian cuisine inspired by a traditional Tuscan country cooking, with an open kitchen and many wood-roasted and rotisserie-grilled specialties. Join us for the "Italian Taste Tour" - a series of month long culinary salutes to Italy's greatest regions.

"We ate ourdoors under the "tent". Our food was very food and the wine was chilled perfectly. Sevice was outstanding. Our serve was warm, friendly and very energetic. We were going to late for our reservation time, and called ahead to let them know. We were 15 minutes late and the hostess greeted me by name and seated us immediately. Would visit again when we are in Naples."

"Our guests from New Orleans were wowed by the quality of the preparations and the varied menu of pastas and traditional entrees. Our choices of pappardelle, tagliatelle, traditional spaghetti and grouper were perfectly seasoned, balanced and well presented. Delicious! Great wine list - we had Nero d'Avolo- a good Sicilian red."

Waiter (Brian) was attentive, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to talk with.
Food was very good but not quite up to the memory of our previous meal (where we happened to order the same entrees).
The short ribs demi glace tasted a bit burnt, although it was still quite flavorful.
We would highly recommend Campiello's and we will dine there again."

"I knew of this restaurant's popularity and so made this reservation far in advance of our trip to Naples. We were seated in the garden which was beyond lovely. It was far enough away from the very active bar so that conversation was never a problem. The food was so good, no one was even offering tastes! It is a definite must when we are in Naples."

"The service was fit for Mc Donalds but not for a pricey restaurant like this. We sat in the courtyard and it was nice but the front of the restautant is loud and not inviting. The dishes were all spicy and came at different times, main meal before appetizer. I would not go back soon."

"I was very disappointed in one dish. Their Risotto Nero did not have enough seafood only 4 medium shrimp and the scallops were like little marshmallows. Never saw such small scallops. The plate was mostly risotto in a sauce."

"My second time at Campiello's and a much better dining experience. Sat outside garden area and James, the waiter, was so attentive and helpful. Delicious dinners and enjoyed jazz players while dining. Pasta Origetti was outstanding as well as salmon. Now I know where to sit when I return, depending on weather!"
