We specialize in small plates and encourage a shared dining experience. We are definitely different for Colorado Springs, but different in a great way. We want your tongue and mind to get smacked with big, vibrant flavors from our food and drink. We don't want you to just go out and have dinner, we want you to have a true experience.
"Sitting down for a graduation celebration with one vegetarian, one who is gluten and dairy intollerant, one who is overly cautious and three who just plain love interesting food can be a challenge, but Nosh has such a wide range of interesting offerings that we all found something(s) that pleased our palate and were fun to pass around for tastes. Their sangreas and deserts were mighty fine too."

"Imaginative food in a downtown office building - what a treat. Even though it was college graduation weekend and the restaurant filled with many groups at large tables, the servers were relaxed and attentive for us at a table for two. The food ranged from breakfast choices of a deep fried soft boiled egg over Italian sausage to several choices of mac-n-cheese and steak. Good soups first and Ice cream lollipops for dessert. Most attractive room with colorful wall murals. Good parking under the building. We'd go often if we lived in Colorado Springs."

"Nosh really surprised me! Menu looked generic, but food was certainly not! Great place for business lunch. Nice atmosphere, service great, great selection of spirits."

"I made reservations here for my 1 year anniversary. I read great reviews on Google and I decided to give it a try. The hand painted pictures of koi on the walls is what sold me at first. Then after looking at the menu I found they had vegetarian choices, and I was ready to go that day! The food was fantastic, the ambiance was fabulous and the drinks were so good. We got the chips with french onion dip, the mac'n'cheese with nothing in it and the spicy tofu. The sangria's were amazing. I had the house, elderberry and blueberry. I found that the house and elderberry tasted exactly alike, so save yourself the $3 and then you can get more! The cost was reasonable, the thing that killed the bill was the alcohol. I will be going back here!!"

"Food delivery slow - they were not set up to handle a 3 table party plus a handful of lunch patrons. They ran out of one popular item that caused one group to leave before ordering. The servers were very good but had nothing to serve. Our server actually gave us quarters to feed our meter since we had to wait so long. Food was really good once we got it."

"Service was very good. The food, as I'd already discovered on a past visit or two, was mediocre and overpriced. The lunch selection was minimal. (as is their dinner menu). In the past, I have been hard-pressed to understand the popularity of Nosh. After this latest visit, I am still mystified. Except for my lunch companions (and the service) which were very pleasant, I still am left wondering, "why?"...."

"Dined on an early Friday evening with reservations buy may not have needed them. Great Happy Hour Drinks specials with a decent small plate selection for reduced prices. The service was attentive but not pushy."

"The food and service were remarkable. We started with the sweet potato fries with jalapeño basil sauce and washed it down with a craft beer and Moscow mule. Then we ordered the nightly special, which was awesome! The Korean pork ribs with a charred Kimchi was just spicy enough and full of flavor!! We then ordered the special dessert and the manager and our server promptly came over to our table to let us know their experiment with that dessert was less than desirable. They stressed that they were trying something new and the execution was not exactly what they were hoping for. I applaud the management for focusing on producing a consistent and quality product. Instead we ordered the coconut cream tart which was equally amazing."

"It was a great place for dinner, although it was definitely on the noisy side (it was Friday afternoon/evening and it seemed a number of folks where there for happy hour.) Great for those interested in lighter options with lots of taste! Loved the decor and menu, plus they flexed with meeting the needs of my seven year old son since there is not a kid menu."

"My husband and I were visiting from out-of-town and discovered Nosh on OpenTable. What a great find! We ordered some wine, a salad, the soup trio and a couple of the small plates. Our favorite type of meals include appetizer portions that we can share. Everything was top notch. Can't say enough about the soups -- great presentation -- hard to pick our favorite. We shared the Brussels Sprouts & the Spicy Bowl with Classic Shrimp -- both were delicious -- and we even took home a little of each to enjoy later. The service was friendly yet polished. Cool, modern interior design to the restaurant. We imagine that the patio would be a nice spot to enjoy lunch. Needless to say, we'll be back again next year when we are back in the area."

"We were a group of 7 celebrating a 50th birthday for dinner. - The service was great! - The food was good - The cost was more than we would normally spend and that was even after some comps because we had to wait longer than usual on some drinks. - Portion sizes for their "entrees" were small and in order to satisfy three men with hefty appetites they would probably should have ordered 2-3 plates per person. They shared 4 plates and still had room for dessert and snacks at our next destination.
There were 2 other groups there at the same time, which makes me believe that it is popular location for group dining. I would recomment this place for special occasions, but not for everyday dining. Lunch costs less than dinner."

"got our appetizer and soup quickly. When the server finally came back to the table after our dishes had been cleared for a while she asked if we wanted dessert. We still had not received the steak so we figured she had forgotten about it so asked for our check. she never mentioned the steak we had ordered. When the check came asked her to take off the steak since we had not received it. It was then that she told us It was On the way. Still think it was forgotten till she printed the check out. That being said she did offer to payfor the potachos for us for the confusion, which was nice. As far as the food. Overall it was good. The potachos were the best! The soup trio was ok. Steak was good but not worth $16 for small amount of food u got!"

"I was a little underwhelmed. I knew it would be small portions, so I was expecting to be blown away on the flavors, but they were just "good". The service wasn't that great. We waited for our second drink for about 20 minutes even though the cash register was right next to our table and our waitress kept looking at our table. It kind of seemed like they had their "B" squad in that night, which doesn't make much sense for Valentine's day. It wasn't too packed either. Several of the tables around us were complaining about their food and one couple left. One of our courses came out cold and I think it was meant for another table. I may give it another shot, but it's quite expensive for an "OK" dining experience."

"Our entire group (there were five of us) immensely enjoyed our evening at Nosh. Two of us Vegan, one Gluten Free, and two “norms”, we all walked away happy. The staff is suburb. They detailed out on the menu what was Vegan, GF and so on, as well as knowledgeable information on wine and appetizer selections for our group. The atmosphere is a nice middle between café casual and fine dining dressy. We have found our new favorite."

"Nosh always has terrific food and great service. Their menu consists of all small portions, so it's easy to try almost everything on the menu. For first-timers I definitely recommend "The Experience.""
