"We were told that the Meritage had exceptional food. While the service was excellent, the food left much to be desired. My seared tuna was a very small portion, and the rice and bok choy that accompanied it were salty and mushy, respectively. My friends' lamb was drowning in sauce that was salty, despite having asked for it on the side. I can't recommend this restaurant, unfortunately."

"The brunch was perfect for all of our party of 7. We had 5 14 year old girls and my husband and myself! Was a wonderful ending for our 15 year old daughters birthday weekend at the Omni. Food was scumptious, fresh, and plentiful. Ombiance was serene and welcomed conversation. Outstanding!"

"Food was fantastic! I had the Smoked Bison tenderloin. It was perfectly cooked and served on delicious chorizo & sweet potato hash. My husband had a pork tenderloin special that was equally as tasty. Service was superb--very knowledgable and attentive. Restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening considering how good it was. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be back!"

"I went there for the restaurant week. They did not meet my expectations. The food was just okay for this type of a restaurant. I could have gone to a cheap steak chain and get the same thing. I expect more creativity and taste. If I compare them to Rioja where I also dined during the restaurant week, they don't come close, therefore many empty tables..."

"The Meritage was great! We tried it for Denver Restaurant Week, and the food was delicious. The service was even better! I am severely lactose intolerant, and the servers and kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate me. This definitely does not happen at every restaurant I go to, so the fact that they took the time to make sure everything I ate was dairy free, was amazing to me. I will definitely be coming back to the Meritage, and planning a stay at the Omni."

"We tried their 5280 menu during Restaurant Week and we were not disappointed. Portions were fine and quality of food was excellent. The wine pairings they had for a bit extra were very good also...but the price advertised on the 5280 site for the wine pairing was not the same at the restaurant. The restaurant price would have been reasonable…but it should have matched the website. They did however honor the website price which was appreciated. This is a great restaurant for special occasions and it is high on our list for anniversary or milestone birthday celebrations."

"Only been there for Sunday Champagne Brunch. It is really good. Has the usual breakfast items, a good soup and a special meat dish each time. For example on the meat, one time it was braised rabbit and the next time it was duck. Nice wait staff too and they take care of you on the champagne/mimosas."

"This was "fine dining" priced at $52.80. At no time did we feel that the preparation, portions, presentation, service, or the wonderful food that was ultimately enjoyed by us, were any less than had we come on a different night and ordered from the menu. "We went with friends to brunch on Sunday. We were all amazed at the variety of foods available. One of us doesn't care for eggs and was concerned there'd be only breakfast food. That was not the case. LOTS of things for everyone to eat. And the service was great. Our mimosa glasses were kept filled, as was coffee. We weren't rushed at all. We had a super time."
