Southfork Kitchen is an elegantly rustic, sustainable seafood restaurant. Michelin Star Chef Joe Isidori creates unique fish dishes perfectly complemented by vegetables from the garden and wines from Long Island and beyond. Newsday awarded the restaurant 3 1/2 stars. Gael Greene wrote: "After swooning over oysters topped with yuzu-marinated salmon roe on seaweed...my senses are staggered by even more daring: rounds of satiny sea scallop alongside the intense sweetness of compressed melon with sea urchin."
